TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE........We stored our RV at this facility for over a year and never paid late or missed a payment. This month I called in to ask if we could pay by the 15th (which was in 3 days) and was told it was no problem at all. The facility charges my credit card every month with authorization and we always paid on time. My husband showed up the following day to retrieve a flashlight and coffee pot from our RV to find out we were "restricted" from entering the facility AND our RV because of non-payment. Being that I had previously made the payment arrangement with the facility and was told it would "not be a problem", I cant believe that my husband was denied access to our RV over this. Its not like we were trying to pull our RV out and ditch the facility on payment......we just wanted a FLASHLIGHT! After speaking with 2 managers who told us there was no bending this rule, we asked if they were seriously willing to loose a great loyal paying customer over this, the manager Lisa said, "YES!!" WHAT A JOKE!!!!!*****DO NOT STORE YOUR RVS HERE.....CONTACT RICKs RV for GREAT PRICING*****

Worst experience ever ! My husband went to our unit to pack up our things because we just bought a house . Rat feces was found all over our boxes . It looks like a rat tore into one of our space bags where our clothes were stored in and to top it off there was a dead rat on our couch ! Our $800 couch is now ruined and thrown in the trash . We were not planning on buying a brand new couch esp since were first time home buyers and didnt need the added expense. We werent sure about our bed because the bag it was in was opened. Worst experience ever ., so disgusting. I will never rent a unit from this place again because they have a rat infestation. It sucks you put your belongings in storage , just for your items to be ruined !

This place could get three, maybe even FOUR STARS if it werent for the horrific customer service by the so-called facility manager LOUSY, LOUDMOUTH LISA. Continually RUDE to each and every long-time and potential customer that makes the mistake of coming into their office during weekdays. Do yourself a BIG favor, either be sure to ONLY visit the office on weekends when LURKING LISA is away... OR... take your business elsewhere. Youll be much happier if youre never in contact with such a mean-spirited, WRETCHED SOUL which resides in the body of LYING LISA ~ she truly is the embodiment of EVIL. Someone, anyone please call an EXHORCIST, the DEVIL walks the Earth Monday thru Friday in Norco at AntiChrist Mini-Stewage!!
