I rented this pace for over a year and was in and out of it most of the time. I had everything nicely packed in there and everything was labeled.Im VERY neat. When I went in to close my storage because I found a place to move into my mattress (which was clear plastic covered) in the back had rat poop and wholes in it and boxes were chewed through and rat poop everywhere. I conplained to the owner and manager and they only gave me $1,000 for all my damaged property and said sorry. I was sooo soooo MAD!!

I think the place is clean. The prices are a bit high, but the bothersome part is they have so many cars blocking the first row. It is hard to maneuver down the at row if anyone is there.
