Ive reached that point in my life where Im able to enjoy the "fruits of my labors". I love my RV and I love my boat. I love the time I get to spend on vacations with my family enjoying these luxurys. The MOST important thing for me is to know that my "toys" are going to be ready, clean, work correctly, and work correctly every time! There is nothing worse than going on vacation and having issues with my RV or Boat. I have stored my items at many places, and have experienced the aggravation associated with them. This is why I have fallen in love with Premier! I never really knew what a RV or Boat storage company could do for me until I started with Premier. Heres why: - Amazing communication, and everyone I ever dealt with was always cheerful and 100% focused on me... their customer. Imagine that, huh? - Always ready! If I need my RV or boat, it is always ready for me, even if I have a last minute emergency. - Always clean! Seriously! Its incredible. I love picking up my item and feeling like its still brand new. - Always works! I grew tired of bad batteries, low tire pressure, etc. Premier always made sure to keep those things and others up to snuff. - One stop shop. If I dont have time to get propane, or needed a generator service, or an oil change, or tire changed, or boat service, or whatever, I dont worry! They will take care of it! I have probably written a total of 2 or 3 reviews online in my entire life. Im not "that guy", but I read other reviews and realize the benefit I get from others making that effort. I just felt that Premier REALLY deserves all of the praise they can get. They have TOTALLY earned my respect and will always have my business. I run my own business and know what it takes to provide real customer service....and to really care about it! Premier "gets it". They have more than earned "5 stars" from me.

About 2 years ago, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a boat. With the amount of money I had spent on the boat, I wanted to make sure that it retained its "newness" for as long as possible. I am not very mechanically inclined, so a big worry of mine was the maintenance of the boat. Storage for the boat was not even something I had thought about. But, I knew I needed to keep it somewhere, and my neighbors wouldnt appreciate me keeping it in the driveway year round. As I started to look around at the variety of indoor, outdoor, and self serve storage locations, I found Premier. One tour of their facility and I knew it was the place to keep my boat. First off, I was amazed at how clean it was! You could literally eat off the floor! With as much money I had spent on the boat, that was a huge plus for me. I knew that if they kept their storage facility that clean, they would certainly keep my boat in tip top shape. After meeting with Todd over there, not only was I impressed with the cleanliness, but the above and beyond service they would offer. They are truly a 1 stop shop for any of my boat needs. Before I pick it up for use, they wash it, check the batteries, check the tires on the trailer and make sure its 100% ready for my trip. And, like I said, my mechanical skills are not up to par, but Todd makes sure Im aware anytime the boat needs any type of service, like an oil change or time to change the impeller. And their prices for any types of service or repairs are some of the best Ive seen. Obviously, I highly recommend Premier for any type of storage you need for your toys. Thanks Todd and Premier for making an already great boating experience even more awesome!!

We recently took delivery of a new RV that had been ordered eight months prior. As owning two other RVs previously we had made the decision to definitely go "up market" with our third and therefore we wanted to find a storage location that could match our expectations and our investment in the newest motorhome by storing it indoors. After months of research we selected Premier in Corona and then we just hoped a space would open up for us by the time we took delivery of the new rig; fortunately there was space due to opening from folks going away for the summer season. We have had two opportunities to drop-off and pick-up the RV from the team at Premier; after the first experience I was so impressed that I immediately textd my wife and emailed Todd about the amazing customer service I received! I run a sizable business so I have pretty high expectations when it comes to customer support or service and I have to say I was actually taken aback how great it was. I have since had additional opportunities to interact with the team at Premier and each time I have experienced the same level of professionalism. It probably sounds simplistic but these guys treat my rig the way I treat it. If youre researching storage companies, you might as well just stop because you wont find one better than Premier within this geographic area. The way Todd and the crew operate the business (washes, dump the tanks, fill the water, additional items upon request) makes the planning of using the RV so simple and will actually increase our use of our Lazy Daze motorhome.

We only needed storage for 2 weeks, but these guys were great! We full-time in our motorcoach and were going out of the country for 2 weeks and needed to ensure our "house" was kept in a safe space. We were looking for safe storage, plugged in (we have a freezer full of food), and a place for our tow-car. Jose was a pleasure to deal with and made it all happen. I emailed him when we landed back at LAX, and when we arrived the coach and tow-car was outside, washed, and ready for us. Would deal with these guys again anytime!

Ive stored my boat and toy haulers with multiple storage companies. In fact, I had a quad stolen by the overnight security guard at another facility! Nothings compares to the service, attention and security Ive received at Premier. These guys actually know who I am when I show up, and how I like my stuff cared for. Their attention to detail is unreal and the security is unparalleled. If you need storage space, save yourself a bunch of time and money and store it at Premier. Its that simple.
