Wow!!! The Grizzly Bear Roars alright. And when he does, the experience of renting a storage space for the first time is AWESOME! Steven took such great care of my wife and I. I believe he went above and beyond his job requirements to make us as confident and comfortable with our decision. He road us around the facility and showed us what was available, the pricing and the dos and donts of moving in and out and dumpster usage. It was a fantastic experience. Thanks to Steven, we realized the unit size we had in mind was way too small for our needs. He showed us with his experience what we actually needed and man was he right! We have filled the unit to the brim. He even took the time to give us tips on how to utilize the entire space to take advantage of the whole unit. He was more of a friend to us than a storage space manager! We are recommending his facility to everyone we know with need of "Extra Storage Space"! Thanks so much Steven. We could not have done it without you. You are a real asset to your company and they should be darn glad to have you. We even told your regional manager, Jim Davis, that the Grizzly bear does roar!!!! My wife, Diane thinks hes more of a "Teddy Bear" though! Again, thanks Steven, you rock dude! I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Stephen and Stephanie during the 4 & 1/2 months I rented a large storage unit at their facility. Their professionalism and courtesy was excellent. I noticed that they were diligent in keeping the grounds looking good and making sure that the storage units were in good condition. I really appreciated that the 1st month was free, as per their offer, and that, and their location were instrumental in my choosing their storage facility. Extra Space Storage should be proud that they have such a good couple of employees of this caliber that represent them at this location. If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely return to their location.

The Manager, Mr. Stephen Bates is impeccable.....in every way. Excellent service; Stephen helped explain everything......very patient, professional and kind. He knows the storage business inside and out. In addition, his facility is spotless! The whole property looks super clean and tidy. And yes, the security system is flawless. All perimeter walls have barb wire all entries have cameras. The neighborhood is clean as well. I give Mr. Bates 5 stars in all areas of service, management, cleanliness and security. Simply the best customer experience ive had.

Came to this location after being to a few other storage places and as soon as I walked in Don (Donald) was there to greet me with a smile and very friendly vibe. He explained everything upfront no hidden fees! He worked with my limitied time frame and understood my situation! He personally walked outside with me and showed me what I needed to know. I definitely will recommend coming to this storage place best prices I found and I went to ALOT!!! Ask for Donald!

When I first met Stephen(MGR.) it was like talking to an old friend. He was very informative and showed me around the facility to find the best possible storage unit to fit my needs. Well suffice to say, I found an unbelievable spot , I will keep it a secret so nobody will ask for my autograph. LOL>:) Also, this is very close to I-10 and several other places that I shop at, which allows me to take care of several errands within a close proximity of one another.

Absolutely wonderful. Don was amazing, he was outside to greet me knowing i was coming from the airport after flying cross country for my move. I am currently injured and on crutches and he went above and beyond to make showing me the units easy. Friendly and helpful. So far the only part on my move thats gone right. Absolute bright spot. I ended up here sort of by accident but not only were their prices better than everyone elses but Stephen the manager really makes this place what it is. Hes always super helpful and remembers me by name which is awesome. Every time I go (which is often) the grounds are immaculate. Automatic bill pay just couldnt be easier. I just cant say enough about what a great experience Ive had with this place.

I have had to use the facility twice, unfortunately due to my sons illness. In these times, financially everything is hard, and companies can be very unhuman, Steven has gone out of his way to accommodate me and my family. We received free first months move in and my niece got a referral credit. I would definitely refer this location, the people here resale care and I can trust them with my things!

On the corner of Cottonwood and Foothill Blvd, these guys have superb customer service and more-than-adequate means of security.
