A friend of mine tried to rent a truck here today but we were ultimately denied service by the manager. My friend needed to use cash but they wanted a credit card to complete the transaction so I volunteered my card. I called the number listed on the Google search for Corona and gave the woman all my info; she gave me a reservation number and told me my friend would be able to walk right in and get the truck immediately. My friend called me and told me that I had to drive there to physically run my card; I asked to speak to the person requesting my presence. This person confirmed that I still needed to come in. So I did. As you might imagine I was not in a happy frame of mind when I hit their door and requested to speak to the manager before I even got to the counter. Turns out the managers customer service skills got in the way of our transaction. After I gave him a piece of my mind for making me interrupt my busy day, telling him that Amazon doesnt make my drive there to run my card in person, and handing him my credit card and D.L. he requested my cell phone number which I refused to give him though I volunteered my home phone number. At that point it all went south: since I wouldnt give him my cell # he decided not to rent to us at all. Does he only give people without credit cards a hard time, because he can, or is it because I am a senior woman or what?

Very unclear and very unprofessional I got a quote for $329 out the door price to rent a car dolly and when I arrived they told me it was going to be 347$. Me being the gullible person that I am trusted that it would only be $329 when I arrived. But it was not and I did not have enough cash to cover it or enough on my credit card to cover it and they dont accept half and half payments. This misconception or confusion between the company and me cause me to lose a job, making good money... thanks alot u haul, never going to do business with a company that lies, so looks like thats the last time i give your company business.

Being in the military, I have used uhaul all over the nation, from Maryland to North Carolina, Tennessee and California. I have to post this review because of the terrible service that I had here. The majority of the employees at this location are rude and unprofessional. I heard one employee say to another over their radios, after being asked to help me out, "I just work here", as well as cursing nonstop. He didnt care about helping me out. I will be taking my services to another uhaul location and if you are reading this I suggest you do the same.

I made a reservation earlier in the week and received an email confirming my reservation. Only to receive a phone call the night before from U-Haul stating they could no longer accommodate the reservation. All my moving plans are now affected because they decide to change everything the night before. Making a reservation with U-Haul is pointless!!! It means nothing to them. Never doing business with this company again and I will spread the word to all my family and friends. Disgusting business practice!!!!

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. This place is a nightmare. Tried to do everything possible to assure move day went smooth, it was one thing after another, then they lied about he drip off and it became worse at the end. The manager us a jerk and the counter service was ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Wish we read the reviews first because it is clear this is not an isolated issue. If you report matters to regional it kicks back to the store. What nonsense. Never again.

They are crook and scandalous people ,,, they dont check off everything damaged on the truck so when you bring it back they. Harge you for it even though you bought insurance which should cover anything and everything but they will find a way to slap you with a 150 to 200 dollars on top and you can take it to high hell they will not do anything to fix the problem ,, these guys are ripoffs dont deal with them go find another authorized dealer ..

The service here is great the reservations really do work not only do you go in and rent a vehicle but the prices on the propane for your gas burner is just awesome so I decided to get a tank of property and also check out the the heavy size dollies to carry the grade for caring all different sizes the management is on the tiles every day and they help you to get your rental on time

The service here was horrible. There was a worker who was done helping his previous client and had me waiting there for 10 minutes avoiding eye contact before he had to be told to help me by his coworker on the phone. I would never come back. He asked a lot of pointless questions and seemed reluctant to even want to be doing his job.

The staff charged us for fuel even though the truck we rented was filled back to the starting level. When I tried contacting this location they never called back and every employee I spoke with gave me the run around saying a manager would have to address this. Whrn I asked to speak with a manager, there was never one available.

I arrived at 7:15pm and waiting for 15 min for my propane cylinder refilling. Then I was told that the store is closed. The staff noticed me waiting and no one asked me anything. Please go elsewhere, not a friendly place to recharge your LP propane cylinders. This review is for the 3600 Van Buren store.

Absolutely rude! Spoke to a gentlemen over the phone who acted as if he could care less about his job, and me. Learn some customer service.....it goes a long way. 0 out of 10. dont recommend doing business with them at all, unless you want your day ruined.

The worst customer service ever!!! Got there at 9:05am and left at 10:15!!!! One employee for the 10 customers that were there. No sense of urgency and to make matter worst no a/c in here. Never again!!! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!

I worked for Uhaul for many years. I understand how many stores "do their thing". I respect it. But you know... sometimes "the cute chick" needs to get up from behind the counter n do work. No disrespect.

Bad experience. Horrible return policy. Very unorganized. I will never do business with this location again. The manager didnt care that a unhappy customer walked out the door. He was very unreasonable.

I was in and out fast but I thought i was gonna die in the truck. Very shakey and not clean at all. Price was good and service was ok but I would try a diffeernt uhaul next time because of the truck.
