I was referred to this facility by my son-in-law. He told me that the manager was really cool. When I called to inquire on a Thursday evening, I left my information with a young lady. Neil, the manager, called me back within 30 minutes to further meet my needs. He arranged my reservation and I went the next day, Friday to sign paperwork. It was such an easy experience. I appreciate the friendliness, courtesy, and the quick accommodations. Im in now, and feel extremely satisfied that my personal belongings are in good hands! Thank you Neil! Ive cleared out one unit since then and am in the process of clearing out my final unit. I cant express enough the courtesy that this place provides. Neil is exceptionally helpful and is basically, an honest man. I feel that he is in it for the good of his clients. He listened to my needs and made sure to give me the best possible rates. I appreciate the time he dedicated to making me a happy customer. Thank you, once again, Neil! The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Store your belongings here!!!!!!

Hallways covered in moldy carpet, one elevator for entire second story, rat droppings and urine covered my property stored there for a year. Very humid and musty environment, I do not believe it is climate controlled. Unit price also gradually increases over time. I dont know where these other reviews are from. Anyone saying how clean it is must have had a first floor unit that opens to the street and didnt actually go inside the storage building. Oh and their stuff will probably still be covered in rat pee and poop so remember reviews at checkin are only half the story. And who cares how friendly the staff is when you will likely only ever talk to them one time.

I have been with storquest for 2 years and the staff is just wonderful. They always welcome you with a smile and answer any questions with positive feedback. I like the safety and cleanness of the property as well. Before I became a customer with StorQuest I searched all around Rancho Cucamonga and Upland Ca and I tell you I have never been treated with kindness like they do at storquest. Storquest Self Storage is the best and I will recommend anyone to stop by and see for yourself. They are by far the best!!

We have been using this facility for 10 years and are very happy with the service. The staff are very polite and the place is very secure. We recently closed out the storage space and the help we received from the staff was above and beyond normal customer service. It made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. The on site staff at Storequest is always very helpful with all my questions, whether it be billing or gate access times, they are always there to help. Ive had storage with other companies and have never received the type of quality customer service I receive at Storequest, Rancho Cucamonga. The facility is always very clean and very well maintained. Best storage experience to date!!!

Ive been with storquest for 2 years and never had a problem,storquest has great staff that will answer any questions and are very helpful and they are extremely polite and always welcome me with a smile.I love that the gates are always closed so i feel confident that my stuff in storage is always safe,I have been to other storages and by far storquest in rancho cucamonga is the best.

Ive been storing my belongings at storquest for over a year and its been wonderful! The people are so friendly,helpful,and very professional. I feel very secure having my storage at storquest because the security is excellent. The storage grounds are always very clean and I couldnt find a better price anywhere around. Neil was great and willing to work with us. We had another unit booked but once got there we noticed the unit was too small so he upgraded us to a bigger one. He also gave us a move in deal even though it wasnt even supposed to be offered on that unit just to keep our business. I would highly recommend this place. We were definately taken care of.

Storquest has been great for everything I need. Im extremely busy so I especially like that their team calls me to remind me that my bill is due which is VERY helpful in avoiding late charges and making sure that things get paid on time. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and ready to help! Thanks Storquest for NOT being like the other guys!

My experience here has been positive. Ive had a unit for a little over a year now and havent had any problems. Staff has been responsive to questions Ive had and are friendly and professional. Suggestion for StorQuest company: create an online portal where tenants can manage their payment options, see past bills, and other online services.

Neal and his team have been wonderful and extremely helpful. Neal has gone out of his way numerous times to help my staff with moving heavy materials and finding additional units to help storage our product. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the area if I need to storage anything.
