Dennis - Apr 12, 2012 I have been storing my expensive collection of books and videos at Aliso Viejo Self-storage since 2007. I do a lot of work at the Library which is located across from the Fire Department less than a block away from the storage facility. Accessing my books and videos (almost on a daily basis) has always been a pleasant experience. The security is excellent and they keep the grounds clean at all times. I love the management people dearly. I consider it an honor to have this opportunity to express my true and honest feelings about a place where I can come and go without any problems and always feel at home

I have found the staff to be courteous, kind and always very helpful. The facility itself has always been clean and well organized. The place is always sparkle Clean, and the fact that the units are alarmed give me the peace of mind I need. I have had other self storage companies over the years and trust me, NOTHING Compares. Aliso Viejo Self Storage not only has the best customer service but they also worked with me when I got laid off from job and unfornately made a couple of late payments. I didnt have to fear that my all my personal belongings would be auctioned off or something else since I was proactive with my communication and made my subsequent payments ontime. With that being said, I felt like all my belongs were safe. I am really grateful for their understanding as well as their personable personalities. Thank you!!
