I am not very sure that this facility is safe. There are cameras, but the unit doors are not alarmed as advertised. I personally have seen tenants hop fences or on property after hours and their behavior looked suspicious...I was evicted from this facility after having a unit there for the better part of 10 yrs with the previous ownership, All-Aboard and with Extra Space. I will admit that I was warned and left with mo.problems. I was treated well by management (suck it Ralph, hahaha) but he did call other storage facilities in the area and mentioned me specifically to those facilitys employees and management w/ a recommendation to not rent to me. These are facts and not opinion. I managed to find a fine storage site with Storage Etc. They are similiar in site cleanliness and employ friendly personnel. The location is fwy close and never very busy or too crowded. Ask for Karla, she is very helpful!

How do you have the best experience ever with storage?!? :) We had the BEST EVER experience. Ralph mad everything smooth and easy. The units were clean and well managed. Felt so comfortable storing all our belongings. From beginning til the end it was awesome experience. We would totally recommend this place, and if we ever need storage again, we would come back to Extra. Thank you Ralph!

Awesome service by Zach! He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He price-matched a great special and we were offered the first month half off. The office and location are extremely clean and well lit. He made the process smooth and pleasant. My fiancé and I are grateful that we now have one less thing to worry about! Came in today to get a unit last minute Ehtisham helped me out right away. He was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me the unit I wanted. Also helped me by giving a code to get 20% off a moving truck. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for storage.
