The reason why I am giving this location a low score is because my storage unit was broken into and just about everything I had in there was stolen. I dont feel secure keeping my items here and will be canceling my account this week. There are no surveillance cameras in the building my unit was in, and I really think Public Storage should consider taking some extra security measures to ensure that their customers personal items are safe. Either the person who committed the crime is a tenant and has an access code to the gate, or someone somehow tailgated their way in. Either way, I will not be coming back to this location and will think twice about renting a unit anywhere that does not have sufficient surveillance. It just doesnt make sense to me as to why a business like this would not invest in some extra security measures. As a paying customer, I am trusting that my items will be safe in the storage unit that is being provided to me. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and now hundreds of dollars worth of instruments, vintage clothing, and sentimental items are gone. The employees here are polite overall, but there was sort of a "nothing we can do about it" attitude regarding the break-in, which was a bit disappointing. I really wish I would have read the reviews on Yelp BEFORE I rented a unit here. Clearly break-ins are an issue at this location. How many more complaints will it take for Public Storage to finally make some changes?

We came to this place because it is close to our new apartment. Moving is always stressful but Dominic gave us such an amazing service!! He got for us a clean and convenient storage for our things. Took the time to show us around and made things so easy for us. He did all the paperwork like lightning! It was definitely an amazing experience that made our day way better than it was so far. I can tell that I am happy to come back to this place just to get such a service by Dominic! Congrats for having first class service with people like him!

Ann is awesome. Been storing at PS for years. My sister has a space here. She is professional and nice. There are too many homeless at this location. But I guess everyone is allowed to rent a space. Her boss helped my sister when she lost the key to her lock. He cut her lock for her. Locksmith was going to charge us $120. He did it for free. Thats great service. Only thing I hate about PS is the rent increases. Buyer be ware. Greedy co. But Ann deserves a 5 star review. Company gets a 2.5.

I have been a customer at this location for more then year and i can say it is the only public storage i will ever go to! First off Miss Ann is Awesome, if i ever have a question or need help she is more then happy to help in any way, always know how to make my day, even when i ha. The location is always clean and tidy and have no problems going to the facility in the evening or early morning and always feel safe, its a great location with a great staff! couldnt recommend a better storage facility!

Ive used Public Storage in the past and when I needed a storage space, again, I chose Public Storage over my other choices because of Ann. She was knowledgeable, professional, she listened to my needs and was kind and friendly. When I needed a second space on a moments notice, she got me what I needed without hesitation. Ive heard her on the phones.... she is so polite, even to troublesome callers. Ive been in customer service 35 years.... Id want Ann on my payroll.

Melissa has been very helpful in getting the unit right for my storage needs. Her great people skills made everything go smoothly. Just a note that the facility is as presented. The difference has been the Mgr. Ann and her staff that made sure the space I rented fit my needs perfectly. The property manager Ann is both professional and knowledgeable. If your looking for storage this is the place to go. She will see that you get the right size unit at the best price and that you have all the packing supplies that you need to make your move a great experience. Just wanted to say that Ann is the best, she is just so helpful with anything when it comes to storage needs. If you need packing supplies this is the place to go!

I made a reservation on Sep 8th and the manager contacted me to confirm the reservation for a 10x20 storage room. I stated that I will be at the facility on Monday Sep 11th to sign the contract. When I arrived today, I was told they no longer had a 10x20 but offered a 2nd floor 10x15 in its place. This is very unprofessional to confirm a reservation and then rent it out and than try a bait and switch to an inferior unity.

I came in unsure what Kind of storage unit I needed in my life, but thank god Melissa was there to help me. I was quickly overwhelmed by the professionalism and care I received when picking out my very own unit that I almost broke down and cried. If it wasnt for public storage and the courteous nature of Melissa I would be a broken man. God bless you all and all the good you are doing for the worlds storage needs.

lorna sold me. her knowledge and quick service was stellar. when i arrived she was sweeping the yard and was able to show me unit and explain all options and sign me up with in 20 minutes. you dont find service like she provided anywhere! hint to management : do what you can to keep her happy.....because of her service you will have all my storage business. ! stellar employee.

Went in last night and met with Carolyn to take a look at the unit and do my paperwork. She could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the initial overview of the storage property. I used a web offer and was able to pay the $24 processing fee plus $1 for my first months rent. Take advantage of the online offers, remembering that they DO expire so you dont miss out!

Today I walked in to this public storage and needed to rent a space today. The manager Ryan was very helpful, although he looked very busy he took his time to go over everything and make sure I had a clear understanding of how this space and rental process worked. He made the rental process very quick and easy. So far I am very satisfied with this facility. Very clean as well.

I cant say enough good things about the service she provides and the pride she takes in her work.
