The staff is great except that night manager needs some customer service training. One the guys that was helping me move left a box. He approached in a threatining manner like he was going to attack me raising his voice telling me that was my final warning and that he has me on camera dumping trash. I was shocked wondering what was going on. Then when i called the next day to file a complaint about the way i was approached. The same guy answers and gets offended by telling if i want to proceed then he will evict me so he evicted me. I work as a customer service rep and thats not how you speak to your customers. I didnt even get upset and he lost it and hung up on. Donot go here if you want to be mistreated. Oh and by the way all these great reviews they are getting its because they bribe you. Go see for yourself. Response to Owner. I understand the rules and as a correction it wasnt several times i was approached once by your night manager and he was already in a bad mood as i could tell by the way he approached me. He approached me and stated that he was giving me a final warning. I was just shocked as i didnt even get a chance to fix the problem but my issue was the way i was approached. I wasnt even there one night and as mentioned when i called to complain he threatened to evict me if i wanted to proceed with my complaint so i said go ahead as i feel he should have not approached in that manner.

I have been a tenant on and off at this Brea Storage facility site since it was built way back when. During the years I have dealt with many managers, property owners and watched the changes over the years. I have to say Carol (& Steve) have been the BEST Managers this facility has had!! And the Company - Security Public Storage has really upgraded this storage site to a very nice, modern and secure place. Prices are great too. Even if I had to pay a few dollars more - I would still rent here over another facility! Its clean and well kept - staff is helpful in meeting your needs to the fullest. Alarms on each unit and cameras all around help insure peace of mind. Cant get any better then this! Sharon P.

I rented my storage unit online and felt that it was adequate for my needs. When I arrived at SPS (and after doing all of the lease paperwork), and rolled up the door, I realized that it was way too small. I had to go back to the office and make arrangements for a different unit. Hannah was amazing!! She redid my entire lease agreement with a smile and we even laughed about my mistake. She had absolutely no problem with taking the time to drive me out to the replacement unit, so that I could see it before we finalized everything for a second time. SPS will always be my recommendation for anyone needing a storage rental!

I have rented plenty of storage spaces before, but what I found at Security Public Storage is the customer service is excellent. I like that they have the managers on site. Alan has been great in answering all my questions. I like that I can drive right up to my storage unit. The unit was clean when I rented it and I have never had any problems. I feel very safe when I am there. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. I visited the facility just the other day - it is such a pleasure to work with Alan - the place is so secure I never worry. Great to have all the cameras around the facility.

I have been a client of the Security Public Storage, Brea facility since 1992. Since becoming a Security Public Storage site, there have been numberous upgrades. Their computerized security system is top class. Carol know her business. She knows how to take care of her clients. She can help you figure out the size of unit that you need. Living and working in Brea, the location and hours are very convenient. I have used several units over the years. I have never hesitated to refer my friends to the Brea location. Try them out. You will not be disappointed!

I love Brea SPS. I did a lot of internet research before picking them, and no other public storage businesses in the area even came close. I liked their clean and safe set up as well as their reasonable pricing, and the location was perfect. Also, I could access my until until 7pm which really helped with my work schedule. Most of all I liked their excellent customer service. Their staff is very friendly and professional and helped me with all the moving supplies I needed.

I looked at several places before deciding on Security Public Storage. I liked the on-site management, the price was competitive, and it was a good location for me. I have been very happy with my decision! Although the manager has changed since I first rented, the current managers are also friendly and helpful. I had left my unit open by mistake and they called me to let me know. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this storage spot.

I was Robbed at my former storage place (Public Storage) because of negligence from the front office...because they didnt have time to walk the property and this guy was in my units for 6 hours cleaned me out! That is WHY I choose Security Public Storage.. the have state of the art security camera everywhere.. alarm system on your door and best of All the Resident Mangers Alan and Jacklyn actually walk the property and protect my things as if they were their Own.

Security Public Storage is an excellent self storage facility. The office is comfortable and cool. The storage grounds are well kept and clean. The couple managing the property are service oriented and friendly. I was driven around in a golf cart and shown several potential units. The units seem to be safe and secure. You code both in and out of the driveway gates and this activates an alarm for your individual unit. I highly recommend Security Public Storage.

Ive used this Storage Facility in Brea for many years and always have been VERY Happy with it, the People (Steve & Carol) Are just wonderful so nice ,like part of My Family. The place is always so clean and I never have to worry about any thing here. When I end up staying late to work on my space ,they always come around and make sure everything is ok, Its never crowded and I always know Im safe . I Love this place. Id recommend it to friends.

This is the only place to store!!! We have been customers of Security Public Storage in Brea for years. Carol & Steve treat you like your are part of there family. They are never to busy to answer your questions. The place is clean. The security is top notch. The price is right and the coffee & cookies are always fresh. Dont take my word for it. Shop around. Then go see Carol. I guarantee this will be your last stop.
