5 Stars from me! I reserved me space online. Very fast and efficient. As soon as I printed my receipt, my phone rang and it was Everett from Public Storage, introducing himself and asking when Id be in. We made arrangements for me to be there an hour later. Once we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly handshake. I immediately noticed how neat and clean the office and storage facility were kept. Everett walked us to our space, made sure we were satisfied, gave us instructions on how to use the lock and gate code, and completed the paperwork every quickly. A great experience, great rate, and great employee! Glad I chose Public Storage!

The was the best experience we have had with working with a storage facility in years. Everett made a tense moving situation into a light situation with his professional demeanor and charming attitude. He was knowledgeable about the local area and told me and my husband of dining facilities, hotels, shopping, etc. He gave us pointers on how to safely use the storage unit and ensure our belongings were secured properly. He is a nice person with a strong personality that can really help you well and find you a nice Storage to put all your stuff. The site is clean, well kept. Everett does his job well. He makes sure you get your paperwork, and any information you might need. The prices are high in my opinion. I have used other companies, and their prices were better (still are), but there sites were not as nice.
