If you have anything of value and want to keep it, DO NOT store it at Extra Space Storage in Azusa at 111 W. Gladstone Azusa, CA 91702! Today, 2/23/16 we went over to get something from our unit and found it had been trashed, and items that were left were ruined. The storage employee had that there had been "a break in about a month ago", but did not provide the date, or any evidence that they had tried to contact us. No email, no letter, no record of a phone call. No police report! In fact, they did not even share the necessary information for a claim to be filed. Now, we have used several storage facilities over the years, in many cities, including Azusa and NEVER, ever had this type of problem. They are unprofessional, and we question if there was an actual robbery; make someone think Hmmmmm. Lesson, you do NOT always get what you pay for; a $153 per month for no security! Save yourself the headaches and loss of your personal property store your things elsewhere!

I signed a contract for my new space rental of a 5x8 indoor storage unit. Erica was a very pleasant individual to do business with. She was polite, professional, sincere and very clear in her knowledge of the workings of the facility. The unit is clean and far more superior to the public storage unit I had viewed prior, with a $20 less monthly fee. I feel at ease knowing I have stored my belongings in a safe, clean and intelligent environment. I would also like to extend a "Thank You!" to Erick as he helped answer my multiple questions via telephone one day prior to my move in. I am pleased.

The best storage ever! This has been my best storage experience yet, the staff are very friendly, the facility is clean and well supervised, the staff live on site so its a secure location, and they have best prices i have seen, this is the 4th stoarge space that i have rented and it has been my best experience yet, jeff and emily in the front office are especially nice, thanks extra space!!!

Robert and Erica are the best. Always so kind and courteous. They definitely go above and beyond to make me feel welcome each and every time I visit my unit. Today it was super hot while I was going through my unit and Robert went out of his way to bring me a cup of ice cold water. He is so sweet. I highly recommend Extra Space because of the amazing customer service.

My experience with Extra Space has always been a pleasant one. I like to make my payments in person and have always been greeted with a smile from Emily. She is always professional and courteous. The new Manager Jeff is also nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this facility. They are both an asset to your company.

Really clean place and I just had a great overall experience!! Erica is a very helpful and understanding person. She was very patient and answered every single question I had. they are good at up charging. always ended up paying about 25 bucks more every month than what was advertised. i guess i could of just said no but, i wanted to feel rich. lame...
