Im a brand new customer to the Public Storage @ 440 Lambert Rd., Brea, and so far, so good ! Andrea has been very helpful and great to work with. Her many super suggestions will prove invaluable to me for the duration of my stay. She helped me locate just the right sized unit and best location for greatest convenience to me. She is very knowledgeable about her property, and all the great products that are offered to help make moving less stressful. Having been in Sales/Customer Service myself for many years, I realize the value that Andrea is to this property. As a corporation, Public Storage is extremely fortunate to have her as a devoted employee. I will also try to write a 2nd review towards the end of my occupancy.

This is a top notch facility, beginning with the service of the front office staff. Andrea has been professional, prompt, organized, and helpful from the start. I reserved online, received a call an hour later from Andrea to arrange a time to sign the lease, and everything else followed suit. When I made it in later that week to meet and sign, Andrea was there as arranged. That weekend I moved a few items in and purchased moving supplies, again with assistance from Mike and Andrea. This facility is clean, in a nice area, and the staff is quality. I received a follow-up call today from front office staff, Jason, ensuring service was to expectations. I recommend Brea Public Storage, no question.

I had an amazing experience at my storage place today. I had major problems and the young lady at the counter not only made me feel better about the mess but actually went above and beyond and spent the rest of the day getting forms faxed, completed etc with another store in Utah. This young lady was so helpful she explained exactly what to do, she coordinated with her area manager to cut the lock on our unit which helped us out so much it saved us a 4 hour drive and many days to make other arrangements. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Krystal and her manager who was not dressed for the dirty cutting job she did for us. It was a pleasure doing business with Public Storage.

I have rented a unit at the Public Storage on Lambert for about a year now and have had a very pleasant experience. Kelly was the first one to show us around the property and our prospective unit, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. The units are large, well-lit and accessible. The property itself is in a convenient location near the freeway and main roads, they keep it very clean I always feel safe with my belongings there. They have 4 large carts to use while you are on the property which make it very convenient and Harry is always nice went I need to borrow one. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone should they need to store something. This is a rock star property!

This Public Storage location is great! Its really clean, yall maintain the bathrooms, carts are available for use if you speak up and ask, parking locations are wide enough that I was able to spin around in a wheel chair for several minutes without hitting a single thing! The staff is really friendly and nice, not to mention pretty. Yes, youre all beautiful. Especially you...you know who you are. Their office also smells nice (might just be the girls perfume). Overall, its a fantastic location to store your belongings and forget about them for a while.

The place is clean and well managed by friendly staff in a nice location in Brea. Used a larger unit during the process of selling our home and moving overseas, then moved to a smaller unit where we kept things for close to a year while we were still settling down overseas. Recently came back and moved everything out and its as if I only left my junk here yesterday. Facility is airconditioned and no worries of pests or anything of that nature. Checking out was also a breeze as was initiating autopayments each month during the time of our rental.

I have had 2 units here for over 3 years. I am disabled and need to downsize. I am all alone in this process, once done I go in for a colostomy. I am so thankful and grateful to Andrea for her help and understanding. She gave me the direction i needed to go, to find what i needed to find, so there is hope, I can get this done. This facility is very clean. I rented a storage here for a couple years, and I always felt like my belongings were safe here. The staff are friendly and they are always easy to talk to. Any time there were any concerns regarding my account or if I had any questions myself I always received prompt notice and prompt response. If you are living near this storage location and are looking for a storage solution I highly recommend this place.

I just spent the last few minutes with Michael, and he was the kindest, most courteous person I have had the privilege of speaking with at Public Storage , since Harry left. I wish the Public Storage Customer Service call center was as courteous. They were curt and absolutely cold. Courtesy and kindness goes a long way! But his courtesy and kindness is probably why theyre almost full! Keep up the great work Michael!

The Public Storage facility in Lambert Rd. in Brea is very clean and customer service is great! Andrea is very helpful, accommodating, very cheerful, and knowledgeable about what she does and the needs of the customers. I feel very comfortable with her and the surroundings. needed a few boxes for my new place a month ago and a friend told me about this place. the office is nice and clean and they have just about everything. dont know about the storage units, but the office was real nice and the place is in a real nice neighborhood! i thought it was a little more expensive than i thought, but it was soooooo super easy. def recommend if you are lazy like me! :)

It gives me peace of mind to know that my possessions are secure with Public Storage. Harry is a fantastic manager and helps me with any problems I have. Kelly is also a great help when Harrys not there. I also love the fact that the storage unit is indoors and air-conditioned. Its easy to move things when you dont have the heat beating down on you!
