I am so pleased with the service at the Public Storage facility in West covina.I needed a larger storage. Instead of panicking I thought Ill call and check with the storage people. They deal with this situation all the time. Cassandra was so helpful and reassured me they would be able to help and nothing to worry about. Two hours later everything was settled . What a relief! It has been a very long time since I have done business with people that are trained so well. A situation that I thought would be so difficult was no big deal . Thank You Cassandra .

Cynthia at Public Storage went out of her way to be helpful; she was efficient; she made excellent suggestions regarding supplies I would find helpful in the moving process; she was knowledgeable about the supplies offered by Public Storage, and showed me how I could save money by purchasing items that can be returned with the receipt if it turns out that I dont need them all. She was patient and showed me several units, until I found the one that would work best for me. Thank you, Cynthia!

Cynthia was very helpful and contained much knowledge about the property and regulations. Her work ethic was amazing throughout the entire process of signing up. The signing up process only took less then 10 min. And that is quick compared to most places. I went from a 5x5 to a 10 x 5 because of her qualifying questions. Good thing she asked because I needed the extra space. Thanks Cynthia for all your help! 5 stars is a understatement, their should be 10 stars available :)

I was a customer for three years, and have nothing but good things to say. The staff, Daniel and Cynthia (after she joined) were consistently friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile, if needed, to meet my requests. They are great representatives for the company. The facilities are clean, well lit, and ventilated. Overall, its a great place, the customer orientation and service are very high, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Yesterday when I was purchasing boxes I was helped by Cynthia. She showed me which boxes I needed to properly pack my dishes and china and how to pack them so that they would not break or get ruined. Her knowledge on this matter was very helpful and Iam grateful for the time she took to help me. She was a very nice young lady that went above and beyond to help me. . She showed us the spaces we were interested in and the merchandise that we would need to protect our stuff. She knew the lease and was an all around a charming person. i needed some shipping boxes and popped in here. the last time i had to ship something i bought cheap walmart boxes and they go crushed in transit, so i didnt want that to happen again. i had no idea where to start and the manager helped so much. boxes here seem thicker than the walmart ones. ill definitely be coming back here the next time i need to ship something.

Tabitha was the manager on site when i arrived and she was awesome. very personable, she explains everything in detail, with patience.. shell answer any questions you may have . she also showed me the unit before i decided to rent it out. we even talked casually like we knew eachother.. she was great. thank you for your service and attitude Tabitha!

absolutely helpful and worth every single penny. came in with a reservation for a storage and the relief manager Lizbeth was enthusiastic and very thorough in explaining how everything works at public storage. Its a hassle packing and putting away items, but we were very grateful to have such a caring and wonderful employee such as Lizbeth.

So far we have not have any problems with the business. The staff is very helpful with any questions. I like that is close and right off the freeway and the hours are nice and helpful when your a student, work and have a family you dont have time to run all over town and it is by restaurants. I would tell people to check it out
