Dorothy was very pleasant when showing me the various sizes of units available for my storage. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Since I was undecided about securing a unit at that moment, she suggested that I reserve one online as they would hold it for 7 days, which is long enough for me to make a decision. I did reserve a unit at a special online price, unfortunately, your computer system was not able to apply that pricing when I came in to get the unit. The district manager was called and was not able to figure out why your system couldnt identify the special online pricing. As such, a credit has to be applied to my account every month for the difference. I was not happy with this resolution. Aside from the staff, who are always very helpful at all times, I am dissatisfied with the following: Unable to have 24-hour access to the unit No access to carts after closing hours Having to leave 2 forms of ID just to get a cart (during office hours) Having to get out of vehicle to enter code to open gate (should have been on drivers side) Having to enter code to get out of the area. Gates should be automatic exit. Having to enter code to call the elevator Inability to get to office without having to drive outside. There is a gate but no door handle to open it to exit. Inability to leave premises if in storage unit near or little after 9pm (there should not be a time limit to exit or at least extend it to midnight). You do not allow enough time for working people to put things and organize their storage unit. Thank you.

I want to take a moment to express my opinion of this public storage site and its wonderful staff. I maintained a unit at this property for over 2 years. My experience was always pleasant with the staff and the property was always neatly maintained. The manager Aiman is the best. She was always willing to go out of her way and do anything she possibly could to help at any time. The customer service she provided was always top notch. As it was plain to see even through her staff. The staff always maintained the high standards that Aimen provided on a daily basis. There is not another storage facility in the area that I would recommend before this one. And I have lived in this area for over 20 years and have used several other places in the area, but there are none that compare to this Azusa site. They stand alone in service, price and overall customer satisfaction. Thanks again also to Dorthy, Chris and the rest of the wonderful staff.

Husband and I were very please with the service provided at this location. We need a rather large space and looked at a storage facility nearby, but it was awful. As we were heading home, we saw this place and checked it out online. We were able to make a reservation for the exact size space we need; we got an email confirmation immediately, and within 30 minutes had received a phone call to make an appointment to meet the staff, see the space, and sign a lease. At the facility we met Chris, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a tour of the facility and our space - all very clean, explained the details of our lease, offered email copies of the receipt and lease agreement (I hate paper!), and explained how to make payments online. He showed us how to access our space most easily, and seemed genuinely pleased to do business with us. I highly recommend this facility.

I was forced to take their insurance at $11.00 per month even though I told them that I was covered under my homeowners policy. Then when I went to another location to make a payment as I was no where near this location and they would not take a payment over the phone, I told them to take the insurance fee off, that i was covered I was told that they could not do it from another location. So far they have taken an additional $55.00 because they lied to me from the start and they can not do anything about the past.... they could credit my account... There are other things that occurred at this location that would prevent me from ever recommending this location, but this should be enough for others to think twice about. let me just say that if you get to deal with "Vicky" in the office, walk out. dont do it. she seems to just be a mean, spiteful, lazy woman.

I highly recommend this Public Storage Location. Because I have been a renter of a number of different storage locations throughout Southern California and in New York City, I have had the opportunity to observe facilities that are well run and or managed. In this case, the Azusa Public Storage is clearly the best location I have encountered. It is managed by a wonderful woman named Aiman who has proven to be extremely helpful to me and my family over the past couple of years. On numerous occasions, she has helped me address my changing storage needs and the handling of my account. For me, this has been a real plus because I live so far away in NYC. It is these unexpected personal touches that set some business (even franchises etc.) apart. Thank you Aiman and Public Storage Asuza - Keep up the Great Work!! Gary

Ajman and all the stall go out of their way to help. We have been there almost 20 years. We were there before the inside facilities were built. We move to the inside when they were finished and moved again last year to a bigger unit, in all that time the quality of customer service has never changed. The facility is always clean. We have been all over that property and never seen rodent droppings.The lights always work and the building is always clean. We have honestly looked at other storage site because they are 10 miles from out home. But we have never found anyplace including some other Public Storage facilities that consistently other the quality of service this facility does. We are very satisfied with location, I dont think they you will find better. I highly recommend them to you.

Trevor and Dorthy were great, explained in detail and made the process easy. When I searched on the website for a deal, I saw the offer and made a decision to sign up with Public Storage, a company that has been around for a long time, but I thought the offer on the website was misleading, It says Total Cost to Move In is: $23 But once arrived there were several other fees that was not clearly stated. I ended up paying $51.61 Which is completely different than what I was expecting to pay. This is the only concern I had, a total surprise once I arrive. It would be nice to know what to expect of any additional fees that might be added, so we are prepared upon arrival. The Customer service is amazing, I appreciated both Trevor and Dorthy for their Professionalism and friendliness.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and find the facility to always be clean and well lit. The real difference between this storage facility and others in the personnel. I have had many dealings with Dorothy at this location. She is always able to greet me by name and with a smile. She seems to anticipate my needs and is always able to make great recommendations to solve my storage problems. Dorothy exudes great customer service skills and she is the reason why I stay with public storage when I could find cheaper deals elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this facility over all others, just because of the personnel such as Dorothy. Dorothy and the others at the facility really care about the customers.
