This storage facility is so ridiculously OVER-priced. Be sure to read what you sign.. they say one price and you end up paying MUCH more. They gouge you on multiple late charges throughout ONE month, as it progresses ridiculous late charges and other fees add up and up and up till suddenly you are $1000 down and it has not even been 6 weeks late. Ive used Public Storage for years and thought they were a pain, not to mention the horrible "service" you get from on site management. But this place has been the worst place I have ever thrown my money away to, just to keep my families meaningful things safe and stored. Highly recommend NOT USING this storage facility

This self storage in HB sucks. They didnt auto withdraw payments from my account half the time so would make my payment late. Second because units are pretty much containers these ones collect mold. Dont let the temporary shine of the ceiling fool you because they are all connected to one same roof. Lastly they are way over priced for the size compared to other outlets. I had an 8"by15" for $240 a month. After time just had to move storage for all these reasons etc. Better luck to you if you rent from them... BTW...they have changed management in the last year half so that may have a lot to do with the poor service

The location and service was good. We even extended our gate access hours. Unfortunately 2 of 3 units we rented seemed to promote substantial mildew growth I assume from a lack of good air flow and sun. One of our units even had black surface mold on the entire ceiling of unit. We used to wonder why we would see entire units emptied just sitting outside in the sun. Now we know. To burn off the mildew smell. Most of our stuff is ruined from sitting in there for 3 years. We used the Damprid moisture removers but they would fill up with water in weeks. Renters beware.

Clean facility. Even though its not a pretty, I like the containers instead of the normal storage doors because your things stay really really clean. No dust at all. Cheaper than storing in Newport so its worth the drive

Good discounts on storage at this place. HB is really expensive when it comes to storage...good thing this place had a good deal.

I use their Pomona location and if the Huntington Beach Storage Outlet is as good as that place use them for storage!

Not much difference in storage. Just keep it safe and clean. Storage Outlet is good as is A-1.
