My tips for renting a storage space: 1)You will find the best deals on line, the staff here wont help you find a deal. 2)Every time we asked to use the bathroom it was out of service. I think they just dont want to clean. When I first came here to rent a storage space I was greeted by a very pleasant smile, friendly service and a helpful lady. I asked if they had any deals but she told me she wasnt able to look that up. I had to go online and look that up myself. Ok whatever, I would let that slide. The elevator was "broken" the next day even though it still was operational they had a sign over it. Ill admit, I still used it. The day after that I called ahead and left a message because we were coming with a very big load, no return phone call. I showed up and was told they disabled the elevator. No help on how to resolve the issue. I felt like I had to figure out a work around idea for them. After making several suggestions I had to have a conversation with their district manager and ended up lugging the boxes up the stairway. Then I heard people on the third floor. I checked the elevators and they still worked. Not cool! On top of that, we had to walk about 10 minutes to use the bathroom. They always had some corporate bull headed answer and werent helpful. If anything goes wrong, dont expect any help from the staff. More than likely things wont go wrong but you have been warned. I give an extra star for the lady that works there, the guy didnt care. He suggested that we come back the next day, the truck rental cost more than the entire month. Bad attitude.

I recently opened another unit in this storage facility. All I can say is the staff is very helpful. Special mention must go to TONY, who has the patience of a Saint!! I had lots of questions and Tony answered and solved all my queries without breaking a sweat. He takes the time to listen and doesnt rush you. Matt was also there the day I opened my new unit and he made the sign-up process as painless and time-saving as could be. Thanks, Guys! Other folks I talked to on the phone (but havent met) are Shanice, Adrian and Elissa, who all seem like very nice and helpful P.S. folks. They even called to ask if theres anything I need to move in. You certainly dont get that kind of attention at other storage places. If youre looking to open a new storage unit in this area, yeah, I can def recommend this place . Check out their move-in specials on their website -- its way cheaper than calling or asking for a quote as a walk-in. The premises is safe and organized, and theres plenty of space for parking. Moving is never fun, but these P.S. folks make the process less painful.

Justine, Giovanna and Matt, Have been very heplful during my time at Public Storage. Theyre well spoken and very respectful to my needs. When I moved from U-haul to Public Storage I thought it was going to be a tough transition. Justine was very helpful and made the move extremely easy. When i got there my storage had already been prept and saved for me. So when i got there it was easy to move right on in. Her costumer service was amazing, directions and prices were clearly explained and question were answered to satifaction.. Giovanna and Matts costumer service is up and above normal recommendation. Anything i needed wasnt just explained, it was shown properly and respectfully. Smiling faces, willing helper. Justine,Giovanna and Matt, give Public Storage a proper name and showing in the storage business. Every time I go to my storage , theyre the ones im looking for to help me with all my needs, because Ill know i will get the best costumer service. Justine, Giovanna (and Cliff from the La Habra storage) were a HUGE help to me yesterday! I had rented a storage unit in La Habra, but when the moving van showed up, it was an 18-wheeler and couldnt fit into the storage facility property. Cliff jumped into action and helped me secure another site that would accommodate the 18-wheeler having access and that would fit my budget. Upon arriving at Rowland heights, Justine took control! She was "on it" and expecting us, directing the truck onto the property and put me at immediate ease. They were very professional and very fun to work with. It will not surprise me to hear she is managing Public Storage one day! She has all the traits of a great leader!

I would like to say THANK YOU to Matt, Justine and Giavanni who are employees at the public storage in Rowland Hts., at 19102 E. Walnut Dr., CA 91748. I am always greeted with smiles and kindness. They are always professional and treat everyone with equal respect. Matt is one of the first employees that I have had the pleasure of meeting and who is awesome at customer service. Justine and Giavanni are equally wonderful at their job. I wish all customer service reps., would go above and beyond as these great people do. The Public Storage representative, Justine, is great at customer service. She was very helpful and explained the different storage units that are available on site. She was able to explain the prices and usage for each of the storage units I was interested in. She took the time to answer any questions and/or concerns I had and was very knowledgeable on the products and services of Public Storage. She is also very efficient with time management and will not keep you waiting for very long. She is a great representaive of Public Storage and is always willing to do what she can to make the right fit for all the customers storage needs.

To be honest the review is closer to a 4.7, but Ill give them a 5 since its not fair to knock them down to a 4 for that. The place has good accessibility, good rates, and good storage units, and I like the employees there as well. Really the only big ding against them is the lack of power. Apparently some tenant that practically lived in the units blew a fuse, and they have since not replaced the fuse or provided power to the complexs units. Other than the lack of power, I recommend the place for storage. Good place to store.

Ive had a unit here for years. My unit was broken into & over $12,000 worth of items were stolen including my moms ashes. Public storage has nothing other than a lame sorry to say for it. The fencing in the back of the storage facility is continuously cut for thief access & Corp does nothing to stop. Not to mention the "alarms" on each unit do not work & havent in a long time. Each device is battery operated & according to staff it cost to much for public storage to upkeep. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

I honestly did not know where to begin when it came to storing my items. I was thinking I would have to rent for a long period of time. When I walked in I was welcomed by Matthew and Krystle both were very friendly. After going over items I wanted to store. I was brought to a storage that was perfect in size. The building seemed very cleaned. Great access hours. Great service!! I also like that you have carts available for my use.
