I really like the storage unit itself, and the people that work there are very friendly. The only issue I have had so far is their website not working. Whats the point of having a pay online option, if I can never get the site to load, and when it does load it wont allow me to log in. If you are going to have a website have a professional web designer make it, and have it be mobile friendly. Thanks!

I am very pleased with my experience at Storage West. The customer service that Sandy and Gary Caplin provided truly exceeded my expectations. Very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The place is clean, well maintained, has very convenient carts and elevators (made the whole process easy). I highly recommend Storage West in Anaheim.

Storage West Anaheim had amazing customer service and was went the extra mile for me. Gary & Sandy are extremely professional and quite friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained plus the prices there are fairly priced. I highly recommend talking to them if you have need of a storage unit.
