Worst phone service ever. Do not call these guys unless you have an hour of your time to waste. They literally think its a game to waste your time. My call asking for the rate on a very specific unit, for a very specific amount of time lead to dozens of personal questions completely unrelated to a price. Why do you need my last name to give me a price? Why do you need my phone number to give me a price? Why do you need my email to give me a price? Why do you need my exactly what Im putting in the unit to give me a price? Why do you need the year make and model of my vehicle? Why do you need to know how many rooms are in my home? Any attempt to bypass a question results in the representatives refusal to assist, absolutely unbelievable! To add insult to injury, the rep was pretending to sound like a 50s style nasally operator. And I know she was rudely pretending because when I called her out for wasting my time, she mistakenly lost her fake accent upon dishing back her own rude comments. Childish, unprofessional, unhelpful.

I would never go to this U-Haul again, or any other for that matter. The owner/manager needs to find himself a new manager, one who is nice to his customers and actually listens to what they have to say. This is one of the only businesses Ive been to where the employees talk rudely back to their paying customers. Their training should instill the phrase "The Customer is Always Right" into all of their employees training. According to this location, you are never really going to get the full amount of time you have requested for a rental, since in Orange County they never rent for a full day. They should post that on the website! Dont go looking to them for answers to your questions, apparently they werent taught how to communicate effectively, which left me very frustrated when money was at stake. All in all, I would suggest never going to this U-Haul; but if you have to, dont expect to leave there in a good mood.

This is my go to Uhaul location. Ive used them for years when I lived in Orange County. But even now living in Corona, I go out of my way to do business with them in Anaheim. Its worth the drive. Their customer service is amazing, they are super helpful for last minute changes. And theyve always been helpful whenever I rent a trailer, giving me tips and advice for pulling it. They definitely always treat me respectfully and are very friendly. I always recommend them for anyone needing a uhaul!

Ill never use uhaul again. they tried to rent me a tow dolly that wouldnt work with my vehicle unless I paid for the major mechanical work to make it work, which would then require major mechanical work after the move for my vehicle to work again. The manager at this location defended this policy of screwing over customers to me. Thank God Penske had what I needed. Would have lost a job 2800 miles away if I stuck with uhaul.

I dropped off a trailer at this location. Drop-off is easy. There are signs guiding you to one driveway and you pull up under a canopy where an attendant does a quick inspection and lets you on your way. Quick and easy. No problems.

I reserved my truck on the phone and went the next day to pick my truck up. The whole process took less than 15 minutes! Friendly professional service and great pricing.
