The clerk was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, belligerent and was so angry towards me that he looked like he wanted to fight me. I was so shocked that I just turned around and walked out. My question was: could the propane in my tank be recaptured by your system. I now know by asking another propane dealer that this is not possible but I did not learn it from your clerk. His answer was only one word: A very nasty NO. I do not know his name. All I did was ask a legitimate question and deserved a courteous answer. This incident happened several weeks ago. This man cost the establishment money because I was going to buy boxes and a new regulator and hose. I heard the manager ask him as I was leaving: what did he want; that clerk answered him and the manager or owner did not seem to think anything was wrong. Apparently the owner thinks if his clerks think no money is going to be spent by a customer he can be treated badly and made to feel unwelcome. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BY A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CLERK.
