WARNING****Definitely the worst storage ever. I had my belongings in there for 1 month and alot of my stuff was stolen. It was definitely an inside job. They picked my lock and then locked it back up. They stole my TV, 2 brand new fans, a drone, my nice expensive camera that by the way wasnt suppose to be in there, a brand new ice chest blue, but the worst thing ever is that they took a chest full of my kids and familys pictures. I lost thousands of memories. Memories i could never regain. I am so devasted i cry everytime i remember this. Do not put your belongings in this place. There is no cameras and the few they have supposedly were not facing my storage..

My family and I searched all over Yorba Linda and Placentia for a storage facility and made a decision on Extra Space. The units are so much nicer than others we have seen and the staff is leaps and bounds above the miserable employees at the ones we have seen everywhere else. I think we were helped by the manager himself and he was so helpful and happy to deal with our hundred questions and request to check out different sizes and units. We have been at this location for almost 6 months now and the customer service is still always exceptional and the place is always spotless.

I have been renting with Extra Space Storage since July 2014 and have never had any security or other issues. The site manager, Danny, is very friendly and has always been very helpful whenever Ive had any questions or needed to upgrade or downgrade my unit. Danny and his staff keep the place very clean. Karissa who also works with Danny is super friendly and funny! I thoroughly enjoy the conversations and interaction I have with them both. If you are in the need of a storage unit I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Placentia.

DO NOT USE Extra Space Storage. They raised my rate by 35% just a few short months after moving my stuff in and then they just raised it another 15%. (Started out at $120/month and now its up to $188) Im sure they intend to stick it to me again soon so Ill have my stuff out before next months rent is due. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE "EXCELLENT" REVIEWS They must be fake, these prices are ridiculous!

Ive Been here 3 years and my rent has been raised over 6 times, instead of getting a discount because Im a loyal customer it gets bumped up twice a year, Im done with place and ready to get out, and Ive recommend friends and rented up to 3 units...but cant complain about customer service because they are friendly and nice, so for that they do deserve 3+ stars

Very clean. Very convenient. Very professional. Great staff. The facility mgr, Danny, was especially helpful. Had to store our office furniture temporarily while waiting for repairs to be completed at our new office. This was a perfect solution. Easy option to use. Simple to access and move in and out with our movers. Id highly recommend to anyone.

Extra Space has been great especially because we are a student organization from the Cal State Fullerton. They always are open to help with any questions or concerns that may arise. Shannon and Juan especially have been very helpful for the past couple of years since we have leased here. Great customer service and very clean facilities!

They really helped me keep on track with getting a unit by calling me asking if I was still interested in getting a unit with them and telling me when was best for me to come down to look at units. I have been through a dozen storage places from A-1 to Public Storage, and this place is by far the best one Ive rented. I am here almost daily pulling things out and in for my business and I cant tell you how nice it is to have a tidy place with well kept aisles and units. Keep up the good work guys.

The worker Anthony is the greatest here! Anthony has excellent customer service and takes the time to make sure that the customer is happy. Anthony goes above and beyond to make sure we the customer is satisfied. Hope the company promotes him :)!!!!

Ive been with them 2 years now. They have been very professional and friendly. Actual storage units are very nice and secure. Also the company uses and takes advantage computers by sending all info to e-mail and allows payments online too.

The process of renting was very simple with the pre app on line and reservation. DANIEL made it even easier when I arrived with our moving truck. In n out of there including unpacking and packing our new 10x10 unit within an hour!

I rented here for a 3 months. Danny the manager was very helpful the only reason I dont give it a full 5 star is because after a couple months the company raised the rent on the space from $65 to $71. so I got my stuff and left.
