Poor customer service! My 83 year old grandma needed a truck to haul stuff for donation for half a day. The desk rep was rude and non accommodating for her. In addition, she has a handicap which limits use of her hands, and was required to take her drivers license out of her wallet, because he couldnt read it. They require ID, credit card information, an email address, 2 different phone numbers, and her license number off of her car...this is for a truck rental for 4 hours. We ended up cancelling the truck because it was a hassle, and we felt they just plainly didnt want our business.

Completely rude. I parked my car right by the entrance, away from all the trucks. When I come back to return the truck, my car is completely surrounded by trucks. One employee saw and laughed, and they one that had to move a truck gave a complete attitude and said "next time dont park there" and some other things under his breath. Dont worry- there wont be a next time.

My propane tank expired and instead of trying to sell me a new empty tank, they suggested I go to Home Depot and swap out my tank for about the price of an empty tank. Because they didnt try to make a buck, I will always refill propane here and if we ever move, I will use this place for supplies

do not use. they have altered their gas gauges to give faulty readings. F does not equal full, for one thing, so when you go to refill, youll put in way more than you need. absolute scam artists

Didnt have any issues renting a storage unit after a trip from san francisco... got friendly service inside and a free bottle of water because it was so hot..
