The two Managers there, Karla and Adriana, are both freaking awesome. The are both very knowledgeable about other competitors pricing and very patient with my gazillion questions for what kind of unit I needed, spacing, proximity, etc. Their facility is immaculate - always clean, well kept, and everything always seems to be in order. The facility is also right off the 91 so its easy to get to. There was another storage place that had a tad bit lower pricing in the area, but I chose this location because I was already hooked by their amazing personalities, courtesy, and friendliness - alongside all the other stuff like great location, great price, and clean facility. Highly recommended!

This storage facility is hands -down, the best one I have ever used. The main reason the staff. The gals that oversee this place own it (they dont really but they operate as if they do). Brilliant! I was treated like a star... But please know that I was MODEL CUSTOMER...I PAID ON TIME AND TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. When a person signs a contract and then ignores their responsibilities it is difficult to get a fair review of any business! Begood and you will be treated like GOLD!!!!

I’ve been a customer at this location since early 2000 when it was Orangethorpe Mini Storage. It’s been a great improvement since you (Storage Etc) took over a few years ago. New paint looks nice and longer gate hours make it more convenient to get to your unit. Adriana and Erika are wonderful to deal with in the office or when checking out the grounds, keeping everything clean, neat and safe. “KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK”

Ive used several storage facilities throughout the years and can honestly rate this as above average. For the price in the local area and service, this facility is quite good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this site for the smaller storage units not facing the street. The larger units with doors facing the street get a lot of debris blown in.

Ive been renting a unit from Storage Etc, in Anaheim for many years now and they have always been very courteous to me. My unit has been very secure and I highly recommend them for anyone that needs extra storage space.

Facility is clean just rented with them . The girls are very helpful. And not a lot of activity which is good for me. Property manager on site and cameras all around the facility.
