Im usually not the one to write reviews but I felt obligated to do so with Everest. The staff that I talked to were all very friendly, approachable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about any questions or concerned I had. The actual facility is well maintained and unlike many other self storage facilities, they use shipping containers as their storage units which makes moving all of the things from your car into the actual containers super easy. No fiddling around with opening door after door and walking long hallways to get to your storage unit. I would say that the prices are reasonably prices compared to other competitors in the area but Lynnette was able to work out deal with me so I couldnt be happier about that. I would also like to add that their hours are super flexible in terms of when you can and cannot enter into the facility. 7 days out of the week, 5am ~ 10pm. Clutch! Overall great experience with Everest and would highly recommend it! Shout out to Lynnette, Maria, and Isabel! You guys are AWESOME!

AWFUL SERVICE I drop my checks off religiously. I do wait at times until the last day. I am told if check is not found before close I am charged a late fee.( even if paid on correct day) I am so disappointed in the service. They look for any way to nail you on a fee. I ask for corporate number to speak to someone in charge and Gabby there says "sorry find it for your self. Prices are great but service is AWFUL. They make up for it in unfair charges! Also if someone gives wrong information and they are new they are NOT accountable. I say pay more for storage else where and be assured you get better care. RUDE RUDE RUDE and unprofessional. And today got a call from Maria AGAIN telling me I need common sense just because I drop a payment off doesnt mean I get credit for day I drop off. This gal is SO BEYOND RUDE and should be FIRED! I WAS STILL CHARGED A LATE FEE AND MARIA IS STILL RUDE!!

Lynette and Maria run this facility and they do a FANTASTIC job. I would highly recommend this storage unit if you are lucky enough to come across it and there is availability! Units are immaculately clean, pricing is extremely reasonable, and the staff that works here is the NICEST and most considerate you will find in all of the OC! I had a seamless move from my apartment around the corner to my storage unit. Payment options (in advance or first of the month) are online and couldnt be easier. The units are secure (large white-fluorescent lighting everywhere and barbed wire fences), the insurance that Everest offers is great, and overall Im just so happy I stumbled across this place! Lynette or Maria, if youre reading this, THANK YOU for making my move stress-free, affordable and easy!

Had looked at few storage facilities over the last week, but what drew me to Everest Self Storage was Gabby. She gave me exceptional customer service over the phone and was even better in person. Ive had a few storage situations over the years and most have not been too impressive. First of all the office is like a hotel lobby, smelled great and very clean and organized. The storage yard itself is spotless and well maintained. But the main attraction was Gabby. She took the time to show me a couple spaces and gave me the pros and cons of each. She is also going to upgrade my spot when a better one becomes available. Really impressed with the service and Im in the service business. Great job in employing her Everest, you have a winner there!

I am very pleased with everything here..I have stored in the past here and every time I need extra space I always come back. The manager and all the staff here are very nice and do a great job keeping the property clean they are constantly walking the property cleaning up and making sure everything looks good. prices are reasonable considering nothing is cheap now a days and best of all they have all drive up units overall a great place definitely recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to check Everest out.

I arrived to Everest Self-Storage at approximately 10:03 on a Saturday morning and was welcomed with immediate warmth. Both representatives present were kind, yet assertive, and listed their available spaces with efficiency and grace. They drove my partner and I to our storage unit on a sweet golf-cart and we (she) fell in love. Our experience with Everest was memorable and I do not see a point in doing business with any other storage facility. They deserve your business. Support Everest Self-Storage!

I have always found the staff at Everest to be helpful and friendly. Anytime I have needed to adjust my account or rent another unit theyve always been more than helpful. And recently they went above and beyond and save me an expensive toll bill when one of my drivers unknowingly parked in the wrong spot. They gave me a call and asked the tow company to wait an hour to give me a chance to move the vehicle and it all work out well. If you are looking for a storage place in the area I highly suggest this one!

Came in today during my lunch break after making an online reservation. I was in and out of there within the hour - paperwork signed, keys in hand, ready to move in. Gabby was really helpful and didnt hesitate to show me 2 different units to I could compare the sizes. I really like the layout and that theyre ALL drive-up units. Access hours are almost too good to be true. Pair that up with the best rates in town and this place is hard to beat.

I rented a storage container from Everest Self Storage on Oct. 24,2015 from Maria and Kappy. The girls where very friendly and nice and efficient by explaining in detail about how to make payments and getting into the gate. They also, showed me the container and explained to me all my options on renting different units. They did a Great job and would recommend Everest to all family and friends!!
