Martha (manager) was rather short-tempered, and ill-mannered. I had a simple request for help-- yet she (arrogantly) refused to help. My motorbike died in front of their business. I respectfully requested to plug in my battery charger for 5 minutes -- into their AC outlet. "Are you a customer?" No, but I would really appreciate it if I can just plug this extension cord into that socket right there. (Smile smile) "NO -- Company Rules -- Cant Do It." Really? Company rules state you cant help a man in need?! Cmmon, please, just a few minutes. Heres five dollars, if that will help. (Smiling nicely) "NO! Goodbye" "No!" "No!" "No.". "Company Policy". "Go Away!" Tried calling the Area Manager, to get her approval/authorization to plug in my battery charger for a few minutes. --- She n e v e r returned my call. --- Perhaps That speaks louder than Martha, about the lack of desire to simply Help a person in need? Or--if not wanting to help-- at least have enough respect to return a guys phone call. Not Their Problem----I know. But, come on... So, I pushed my scooter 100 yards down the road to the first business with an open door. "Sure, you can plug your cord in right over there. Would you like a bottle of water?" Thank God for those people willing to help a person in need. And to those like Martha, and the Area Manager--- one day, YOU may be in need of a little help. For your sake, I hope you get treated better, than you treated me. (Hebrews 4:16)

WARNING! Public Storage uses Bait-n-Switch tactics! I had a self-storage unit here for over 3 years. I was the perfect tenant. I had auto-pay. Never caused any issues. I talked with management maybe twice during my tenure. I always came and went quietly. I moved in with a great rate. But thats their trick. They dangle that carrot of cheap rent in front of your face. They get you to move in...then BAM! They hit you with HUGE rent increases! I left in disgust after Public Storage raised my rent 50% in 3 years! It started at $99/month and finally ended up at $150/month! I complained to Public Storages management and they didnt want to even consider lowering my rate. Public Storage gave me the excuse that $150 was the average rent for my size of unit in the area. Public Storage did not care that my rent had increased an outrageous amount within a short period of time. I can understand a 5-10% increase yearly, but not what equates to roughly 20% per year! Thats outrageous! I even told them that I will be writing a review about Public Storage and this particular location so that everyone will know their tactics, and Public Storage management said to go on ahead and do that. So here I am, writing a review... Thanks Public Storage for your endorsement!

What a freak...... The heavy-set Hispanic woman (manager?) wouldnt let me use the bathroom! Met my friend there, to help her clean out her unit. We finished, and she left. Before getting in my car to leave, thought I better use the toilet. Walked in the front door to the office. Waited patiently until the worker finished her (obviously) personal phone call. Asked the worker to please let me use the bathroom. Her grumpy reply? Only my customers can use my bathroom! Customers can let themselves in, to use the bathroom. What?! I was just helping my friend---your customer---for the last hour. Not my customer, not my problem! Im busy, goodbye! This self-absorbed, power trip person needs a lesson in humility. Get off your high horse, get a personality, and learn to act like a real human being

Was helping a friend move out of her apartment and she had to store some things in a unit across the street. While the units themselves were fine as well as the facility, the management was less than accommodating. Our friend had to be out that night and had been moving throughout the week, but this had been slowed by their 9pm close time. Unfortunately by the time we had finished it was 9:30 and the owners had LOCKED US IN. Fortunately they were still there but came out screaming at us and threatening to evict her for bothering them and staying so late (30min). It was our fault for not getting it done sooner but the attitude they showed us was very immature. Would not recommend, even if it is your closest storage facility.

Misleading....My colleague n I rented our 1st storage here upon renting the personnel here told us we needed to buy their lock. I told her i have a combination lock. She said, we dont allowed combination lock. I later rent another storage from a different P B storage after the manager there told me i can use my Combination lock if i wanted to however, he advised me its not a good quality lock. I dont mind paying $20 for a lock just b honest n consistent with customer n with their policy. I ended my business with the 1st location n gave my business n rented from the 2nd location.

I have been in and out of this location for the past 5 years. Most of the time I have been in the units about a year or longer. This time was a short stay! With that said, just the fact that I keep returning is a good indication that the property managers have always, always been extremely professional and helpful. Always a pleasure to interact with them. Over the past several years it has been Martha! She is a jewel. The property has always been very well kept up. Hallways and exterior grounds are debris free! I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!

the whole moving process is stressful,im so glad i came here Martha was so very helpful with everything location of the unit the size i would need and any packing supplies i might need,i often forget to go online and make a payment Farzana calls to let me know payment is due and anytime i come in she is there to help with a smile.the site is keep very clean and its easy to run in to drop off or pick up anything you might need.Here you know your items are safe and theres always a friendly person at the front desk.
