List me as another satisfied customer. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The gates, locks, and doors all work fine, first time, a problem Ive seen at other facilities Ive used in the past. My unit (10 x 30) was very clean and absolutely ready when I moved in. The sign-up and check-in process was easy and there were no last-minute "surprises" - again, a problem Ive seen at other places. Staff was very friendly and professional. They werent just "desk-warmers" and obviously wanted and valued my business. Very happy to have found this place. Definitely a step up from prior experiences, and I would recommend them absolutely. UPDATE 08/2016: Two nearly $50/month price increases in the last year. All I said above is still true, but having the rent for my unit hiked $90+ a month in a single year is hugely disappointing. Reducing my rating from five stars to three. Sad that theyve chosen to do this.

The staff was friendly and professional, although it was a bit annoying to have to stand locked outside while the manager showed units to other tenants. We rented an upstairs inside unit, because it was the cheapest. Although there was a handy freight elevator, it was tricky to get the couches into, and was also tricky to maneuver the couches into the unit through the hallways and standard sized door. The units inside do not have lights, nor any form of air conditioning or ventilation,and the wood flooring seemed rather stained and possible warped, but it was hard to tell with no light. Im sure if we had rented an outdoor drive up unit we would have been more happy, but it was more than $100/mo. more. We didnt have the time or means to find another facility, so I feel like the old saying is true: you get what you pay for.

This is the first time that I lease a storage unit and all I can say after calling around and comparing prices Extra Space Storage gave me the best deal over the phone. When I walked in Lynne the manager greated me and I was later assisted by Paul the assistant manager. He answered all my questions, walked me through the facility and unit I would be leading to ensure it met my needs. Although I am not in the most convenient location on the 2nd floor near the stairs, I do have lift access which made taking my stuff up not so bad. I love that I got the first month free and that its month-to-month. I rented a 5x10, which was just enough to spac for full bed, sectional council bed, 10 boxes, and a bike. Signing up was easy!

My husband and I moved all our stuff to an Extra Space Storage in Arizona, in hopes of moving out there in 4-6 months. Since we already had rental insurance policy through State Farm, we had to have that amount removed from our monthly statement. We had to find an Extra Space Storage company here in Orange, and we came across Lynnes Storage Unit. My husband and I had to Re-do the Storage Rental Agreement. Lynne was very friendly, was able to pull up our Agreement with no problem, and was able to get it done quickly. I enjoyed talking with her as if weve been friends for awhile. Thank you for making this very easy.

The customer service was excellent! The stalls were clean. Gate access after hours, WITH nice clean bathrooms available after hours too. Need to change your stall size? No problem! I cant say enough about the friendly demeaned of the staff. I called ahead to notify the staff of my vacate. No problem! Moved out after hours.. No problem! The staff closed out the account and everything. I was impressed when I moved in and am still impresses with every aspect of the experience.

The staff at this facility are very knowlegeable and professional. They took the time to help us decide what size storage space we needed. The paperwork was handled in a timely fashion and we were moved into the unit in an hour. When it came time to move out we called to let the staff know we were moving out. We dropped off a note in the drop box, with our space # and stating that we had moved out and we were done. Also loved the "first month free" deal.

Lynn made my experience enjoyable ... Very clean and lite , sign in fast and friendly , drove me around in a gulf cart ... Felt like a King at a Storage place :) Not like other Storages with therere hiding coast !!! as in buy there lock rent there carts walk to see storage unit that looks like your walking into the show The New Orange is Black ... lol Lynn , THANK YOU for running a company Professional ... You took the PAIN out of all the BS

We have had our unit for over a year and have been very happy with the service. The grounds are well maintained and I feel safe leaving my property here. The staff is always helpful and cheerful! We have an upstairs unit and have never had problems with the lift. The hours are convenient. I can access even when office staff is not on duty and can get in early and late, as well as Sundays which has always been a plus for my schedule.

This place is a little hidden treasure. Rent is reasonable, the female member of the staff is extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. The male the one time I talked to him was rude when I reported the lights were not working in the building. Units are are worn. You can only access your unit during the gate hours, which are quite long. Though need to also use your code to get back out.

I was a customer of Extra Space in Orange, CA for over two years until my business moved inventory up to Seattle. The service here is excellent. Everyone is friendly, the facility is always clean, and I have always felt safe. The rates were reasonable. I have never experienced any problems whatsoever. The best thing of all was that I could pay my monthly dues online and even that was simple.

Ive used Extra Space before at a different location, and was quite happy with the service I received. I recently started using this facility and to no surprise, I am once again greeted with friendly smiles. The staff at this location is more than willing to help/accomodate your needs. The facility is clean and maintained by 24hr surveilance. I recomend this facility to anyone looking!

This place is like a hidden gem. Rent is affordable, staff is extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. Units are clean and secure. Ground floor units dont get too hot during the summer. To maintain security, you can only access your unit during the gate hours, which are quite long. There is security patrolling at night and the manager lives on the premises.

Pros: Rents are very reasonable, and the access hours are great. Cons: Office is closed on Sunday. I have often had to wait outside a closed office when they are showing the property. At least 2 times the office has told me something only to change the story later. If they tell you something make sure you get it in writing.

very clean good staff easy sign up great follow up they waived the "clerical fees" I wasnt aware of such fees, but they quickly resolved this issue I let them know that no paperwork is needed as we did it all over the pos system and by email, so even my monthly rental will be paid with no paper used....so no clerical $$$
