this was around may 2015 I rented a 5×5 unit to store all my construction tools I used to go almost everyday until 1 week I went on Monday picked up what I needed to start a remodel went back on Thursday for more tools and i noticed things where not in place as i had everything organized well somehow a few tools went missing bolt wasnt cut door wasnt broken the only way they couldve opened it was with a key n i was using the lock they give u n i noticed that some one lives on site i dont recomend this place its infested with roaches n rats

Came looking for a storage last minute, stopped at a few and all were pricey, came across CubeSmart and we were very satisfied with Thomas customer service and we were well informed about all rules and their security for their lot. Were leaving very satisfied knowing our belongings will be well taken care.

I went to get my stuff out of my storage today and I found rat droppings and water damage all over my stuff! I did not expect that! The staff didnt offer to do anything about it either! Not to mention your rent goes up every six months! Dont store your stuff at Cubesmart in santa ana!

Nasty dirty place! Dont store your stuff here, staff is creppy and unprofessional. Rats and other bugs in the unit. Also smells and my stuff was ruined. Dont store here!
