Si hubiera cero, cero les ponía. Mis cosas están todas orinadas de ratón de hace meses. Le pedí al anterior mánager que solucionará el problema y no me quiso hacer válida mi aseguranza. Después llegó otro mánager y me ofreció darme otra unidad. Al momento de mover mis cosas resultó que la nueva unidad estaba ocupada, llegó otra mánager (jesica) que más manager, se siente la dueña. Me quitó mi código de acceso por más de un mes. En este momento está una queja formal en gerencia general por éste problema. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. p.d. hay personas que viven dentro de las unidades, #1001, cuando se supone que es para guardar cosas y no hotel.

Very bad service, I have a estorage in the second building and the manager doesnt open early And this has happened many times. I have already spoken many times to the office trying to communicate with somebody of the corporation but they do not give me information, I spoken with manager in charge but he says it never is going to hapen again , but as time passes the same thing happens, Today March/15/17 is closed the access to my storage, the elevator door doesnt open with my pasword it has key, I called the office and they said they will not open today , I am annoyed because they did not give me any notice or put some sign at the door, I feel frustrated it is not fair , I fulfill my payments month by month and respecting each of their conditions as they told me at the beginning but they are not fulfilling their service with me.

Best storage facility in Santa Ana!!! The only facility that allows me to come in at 6 am to get my things! Make sure you rent with them!
