When renting a storage spot, like everyone, I always look for price and location first. What most people dont think about, and what I have learned over the years, is how important facility management can be. A-1 Storage in Santa Ana has the best of everything. Their prices are always competitive, their location off the 55 @ Dyer is easily accessible, and the facility is managed by a great team. Ive seen other self-storage facilities that are filthy, tough to get in and out of, unorganized, and not worth the $5-10 per month you might save. If youre going to spend good money to store your possessions, you should go with a space you can trust, has a great location, and fair prices.

7ive been working for a moving company for about 4 years now. ive been in and out of storage facilities so many times i couldnt even count. ive had to deal with the managers, staff, storage customers, you name it. i finally went to get a unit for my self at A1 storage and a guy named david was helping me out there with the tour of a couple different options i had to accommodate what i needed it for. he made some recommendations with no bs trying to sell me on a unit or to get the most money out of me per month. the dude was straight up and totally cool. out of all the places or people to deal with when it comes to storing your stuff definately go see david at A1

I totally recommend this place. It is very accessible and very clean. The people are friendly and helpful. I was attended to by the manager, when I was shopping around for a storage unit, he was very savvy and went out of his way to demonstrate the reasons why his facility was the best. I was convinced and told him Id return. When I did go back the manager wasnt on site, but another salesman, who had knowledge of me from his colleague, was there and he picked up with the same level of professionalism as the manager did before. Their courtesy and know how along with a very well maintained facility are what closed the deal for me. Two thumbs up!

I have had a ground level unit with convenient roll up garage style door for several years at this location. I have always been pleased with the personal service from the management and staff. The facility is well lit and clean as a whistle and very secure and safe, plus convenintly located to a RT 55 exit. I moved my things here from another storage because I was unhappy with the other place which was more expensive. A-1 Self Storage in Santa Ana is an excellent value for top of the line Storage.

Okay i just dont know where to start the manager David has been so helpful ,polite,and is very respectful,i see him bust his butt keeping this facility the cleanest i have ever seen even when he was without a helper he was taking care of the whole place him self for like 2 or three months until he got his new arival christal who is also working out okay as well. so i would like to thank him and a1 storage for jobs well done.

The last time I was there I noticed they paint the walls and the stair case of the building. It looks awesome nice and clean. David and crystal are a very good combination as far as working with customers and getting them what they need in a timely manner so I would highly recommend for your moving and storage needs

I rent a ground floor storage container, easy drive up to unit. Very convenient location near the 55 fwy. David was very helpful and so easy to work with. Place is clean, restrooms are too! Well lit complex. Lots of different sized units available. Highly recommend...if you need to store your stuff this is a great place to choose.
