Raeann, the Manager of this Pomona facility was extremely helpful. I signed up over 5 years ago when Joe was the Manager. Joe like Raeann was always professional. I know because, unless I was dealing with these two Managers it was not always as wonderfully cordial. Not that they were mean and disrespectful, never that. But Joe and Raeann always had a more that pleasant with me. It was a joy to always speak with them. Raeann and her other Representative the day I closed out were very pleasant and gracious. They were more than welcoming when I told them I was running late. I got there close to closing (5:58pm). I lost my key and Raeann stayed and cut my lock off for me. But MS. Raeann when over and beyond to assist me in closing out my storage space the next two following days and was more than patient. She really gets it, that life happens. She deserves a raise, a VERY nice raise!! Extra Space Storage management should be proud and grateful to have such a valuable and caring employee protecting and advancing their brand.

I reserved my storage 2 weeks ago and got a quick phone call shortly after from Joe the Assistant Manager there to make sure I had all the info and ready to move in. Moved in the next day to a 5X10 unit.. it might not have been as easy as my move to my unit in Fontana a few years back since my unit is now upstairs but with the cart provided and the elevator it literally took me no more than 30 minutes to move all my stuff in so I cant complain. Talked to the staff both times I have been there since and Joe & the Manager RaeAnn both were very helpful. The unit and building Im in both seem clean and taken care of so I feel secure leaving my stuff there for the few short months I will need them there. Im sure when I move I will be using extra space again for the 3rd time.

Eric & Raeann from the Pomona facility were very professional and courteous. They helped us out immensely when a computer system transition took place while we were across country. Both helped out again when we moved out of the facility with recommendations for moving assistance and lots of water on a very hot day (over a 100 deg). We had our belongings in storage for more than six years. No signs of intrusion, spiders, mouse droppings of any sort. Just a normal layer of dust, and not that much to speak of. I would HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs, and if youre in the Pomona area, this particular facility should be highly considered.

I have had my storage space for many years. Joe helped me out this time when I needed to change my unit. Whenever I am moving, there is always something that doesn’t quite work out. Joe will always give great advice or make recommendations which make things come together. He has always been very accommodating and helpful. The team here has always been helpful especially when my needs and their requirements didnt always match. Raeann was especially helpful when late in the day, when she went out of her way to help me secure a chair in the trunk of my car. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

I will refer anyone and everyone to use this company. From the first time I called I had an excellent customer service experience with Joe. Joe and Rae have been a delight to work with. Always respectful and I could always hear a smile in their voice. When it was time to make my last payment and let them know I would be removing my belongings Rae and Joe both treated me with excellent customer service skills. This company and their ethics has me sold on them, I will never use any other storage company.

I had trouble operating the lift on a Sunday when the office was closed. I called the 800 number and they contacted someone who was able to come from home, after waking up from a nap, to help me operate the lift. I have a very busy work schedule and havent had much time to pack and move my things so the extra mile the employees here at Extra Space took to help me out was much appreciated. The customer service was above and beyond what I would expect from a business. THANK YOU SO MUCH EXTRA SPACE!!!!

Its been always a delightful experience. I appreciate the knowledge, friendlyness and willingness to always be helpful. I it wasnt for this staff customers service, I would have switch to another storage facility the 2nd time my rent went up. But what keep me at Extra Space so far is the trust in Joe and Rae with my property at the facility. There customer service is 2nd to none in my book. I am very big on C.S, and is the reason for my high remarks.. Also property cleaness us also a factor.

Everything went great here, the customer service was fabulous!! :) They were honest and upfront about cost, reassuring me of no surprise hidden fees in the future as well as courteous in showing me a tour of the facility confirming the safety of my stored items, even got to ride the golf cart with my customer service agent Rae, who was straight and honest which I appreciated more than anything :) Recommend to anyone over Public Storage for sure:)

having to store your personal belonging can be really frustrating. I came in to this property not knowing what to expect since I had bad experience in the past with public storage. my experience with extra space storage in Pomona was by far the best i had. Joe and Rae made my move in much easier and less aggravating. joe was really helpful. he took the extra mile to understand my needs.

I was pleased with how fast the service was and how everything was explained with detail. Ray at Extra Space Storage in Pomona is simply awesome.My sister and I each have units that we have rented there for decades (way before Ray came on the scene).and paying our monthly fee was a downer. Now though, when I make our payments and get the opportunity to interact with Ray, her sunny disposition, and positive energy, turns this monthly chore into an enjoyable experience.

We rented a unit for a year to store household items while moving from CA to overseas. We felt that staff really worked with us to identify the options best for our situation and budget. This was far away from our house, but we took it because of the relatively low rates. We did not regret this decision. This is also because the facility is well connected to the freeway system.
