Once... Twice... Three times the service:-). Have been to this location a total of 3x just to pay my bill and let me tell you the customer care is exquisite. I mean they really know how to pick them here people you have got to experience these wonderful, and may I add beautiful clerks that they have to serve you here. All of them nice, polite, professional, and at the same time realistic and witty. Such refreshing customer care in this society of screw you types. Thank you Miss Katie for being so down to earth, & drawing laughter out of these Drury days. Thank you so very much Miss Sherry for such a kind smile that makes you forget about the rain. Thank you Miss Julie for your light-hearted determination to resolved small issues before theyre every large ones. All of you ladies in common are a breath of fresh air via professionalism, humor, aesthetics, and wonderful courtesy. Thank you again ladies for bringing a smile to my situation these last few months. Keep up the great work and stay beautiful people.

Remember you have to pay for the entire month even if you do not need it. They do not prorate your storage. They have security issues even though they have cameras, so they took away the 6am access to your storage and put it to office hours at 9:30am and still raised the rent. Bums live outside in front of this facility. It can use a remodel. New employees often. Not professional, not helpful. Everything was good when I first started renting the first 2 month. Then things went down hill from there I stopped relieving notices in the mail until I complained then finally received one after months of nothing about late fee so I closed and terminated my storage and never going back to this facility.

I have been having financial problems and my landlord has only given me 24 hours to pack up and leave or he will evict me. I wasnt sure what to do with my stuff, but saw public storage driving to get a uhaul. I went inside, thankfully Heidi knew what size I needed and had a promo going on for the first 30 days. I was so happy and grateful because I dont want to lose all of mine and my childrens stuff. Its month to month so I dont have to stay longer then I need. They had a good deal on boxes too 30% off when you buy 50 and you can return what every you dont use. I wish I had the money to buy some!

Customer service is great and prices are reasonable. Loved the $1 first months rent promotion they have going on.. but the website states that there is air conditioning for the building with the inside units but that is a lie. Also, the website fails to mention that there is no elevator that is for people to use to get to the second floor, they only have a freight elevator for items and then stairs for people to use. This makes it nearly impossible for my disabled fiancé to access our second story unit - not cool. Possible ADA claim?? Considering looking for a new facility with better features.

I was very pleased with francines professional way of going through the rental process here at this public storage facility. Whatsmore she has a very pleasant and friendly attitude. Francine has been a great help and im very confident in regards to the security and or safety of my storage at this facility....thanks Francine for your time and awsome effort in the rental process here today at public storage anahiem. The team at Public Storage particularly Vida has been very helpful. I have had my storage unit for over a year and last year when I got locked out (lost my key), she was very helpful in getting the key cut. She is also very helpful in getting me the carts to move things in and out. Very polite. The only issue I have with the storage is the cost. It is definitely not the cheapest but the place has been very secured and I have never lost anything so i guess I am paying a top notch storage for a premium price, which is i think a fair trade off.

I really like public storage all of there employees are so professional and thoughtful. I forgot to pay my rent this month and Heidi called me as a reminder. Im getting older and I have a lot going on. So she said as a courtesy she would mark the calendar every month to give me a call and remind me so I dont forget. This is going above and beyond in customer service my opinion. I am so appreciative of her. Not only do they have awesome employees they keep the place clean and secure. I will continue to be a loyal public storage customer.

Sarah shes a very understanding person she have a street but which they need help if you ask her questions she can answer it if not shell try to Ive been at the storage for quite a while and shes helping me out a lot so you need to give her a raise cuz hes a really nice guy she doesnt get upset at people when theyre late I know because I was late at one time she understands everything shes a very good people person and she always smiles I like that smiles from Anthony tucciarone

Not only did we get excellent customer service by Shery and Maria they stayed professional while there was an unruly customer who kept trying to interrupt after walking away several times and using fowl language towards them. Both Shery and Maria staying professional during this type of situation shows they are committed to being positive representatives for public storage.

My life is a mess right now. Im going through a divorce right now and I needed a place to storage my stuff until I get my life in order. I saw this place when I was driving down Knott and stopped to take a look. Sarah helped me with the lease, but her and Heidi were so helpful and nice. If you need a place to put your stuff, so far I would highly recommend this place.
