I was in a rush to get a unit for the next day because I had to make an immediate emergency move and really needed a place to store my valuable items. I had been to several others that day with no luck. The problem was that I really wanted a place that was clean, friendly and reasonable priced. I called and spoke with a lady name Sarah. She took the time and patience to explain all of my storage options over the phone. She was very courteous and helpful and made me feel like she really wanted to help. I told her I would come right over and upon arrival she immediately made me feel very comfortable and that I was in the right place. The office was very clean and cool inside. Sarah was very nice and took the time to help me find the right size unit and price. I also met Todd who was also nice and helpful. She went over all the prices with me and found me a great price ($1/2 off move in for the first month)!!! This is exactly what I was looking for!!! Man she was "Awesome!!!" I had no idea that I would be treated so nice and helpful during a time when I needed it most and when I was really stressed out and was getting to the point where I thought I was running out of time and would just have to take anything for any price. Not to mention the property and the storage was very clean. That made me feel really comfortable. This is when I knew that I was in the right place. Guys Ive dealt with other Storage facilities before as being in the military and moving several times throughout my career. Sarah, Todd and this place is a great place to rent from, you will not be disappointed and will receive awesome customer service and satisfaction.

I look forward to paying my storage rent every month at the Anaheim store. The staff is so kind and helpful! Im greeting by name and with big smiles. It feels like Im visiting friends. I expressed some concern about spending time by myself organizing my storage. They told me to stop in the office to let them know I was there and they would check up on me to make sure I was OK. I feel very safe when Im there. Ive been in sales and currently work in guest services. I understand the challenges, the importance of client relationships and need to give the client that extra something that makes them want to come back and/or send a referral your way. The Anaheim staff provides a wonderful service and takes customer service to another level. Great Job!

Excellent storage facility. Our non-profit dog rescue group needed a place to store event supplies. We at first had selected a 5 x 5 unit that turned out to be way too small to hold our stuff. A-1 immediately accommodated us with a larger unit the same day. We wound up renting a ground floor, drive-up outdoor 10 x 10 unit, which suited our needs just fine. The rental rate was affordable, and the hours of access generous. We no longer need to do public events, so it follows that we no longer need the unit. But it served its purpose great for us for the 4 years we rented it. Wonderful helpful staff, clean premises. Convenient central location for Orange County; close to the 405, 91, 5, 605 and 22 Freeways! Highly recommended.

I was looking for a storage facility for weeks when I stumbled across A-1 Self Storage from its raving reviews online. I made my way out to Stanton to visit the storage facility and as I walked into the office, I was greeted by Marisol. She was an absolute pleasure to work with on getting the right size for my belongings as well as providing me with answers to the many questions I had about leasing with them. The customer service that I was provided with far exceeded any expectations I had after reading the reviews online. I would most definitely recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone who is looking for a storage facility. Shout out to my girl, Marisol. You da best.

My son had to drive the car down to the storage and I had to follow him in my other car. The girl at the counter interrogated me ask me 5 times if that was my car that I was putting in storage. Then she said why is my son driving it? Ivan answered her how else was I supposed to get back home if I didnt follow him in my other car. She was sarcastic!! Treated me as if I was a liar and a criminal. I was just about to walk out. When she finally stopped asking me the ridiculous questions. She even had my drivers license and vehicle registration right in front of her face. I really needed to store the car that day or else I would have left.

Six months ago, my family and I needed a place to store our belongings while we looked for a new home. We were dealing with delinquent neighbors who were rude and disrespectful to us. While experiencing this stressful situation in our lives, the staff brought warmth and kindness that was contagious. My mother and I felt happy and comfortable from the time that we stepped in to rent a storage unit to moments after we left. We now live in a peaceful neighborhood thank goodness. If I had to, I would definitely return to this location. Thank you, Todd, Amy, and Marisol.

Several things prompted me to keep my belongings in storage for a longer period that I was expected, even though I had some other storage options: - The people were very courteous and friendly - The inside storage units did not gathered dust or got too hot (mine was in a first floor). e terminated other storage unit with another company a year earlier because of that. - I know the storage place is a business and price increases are required. However they should be tied to inflation rate. The reason I terminated early is because the increase in price

They met me at 4:30 on a Sunday to show me the garage and get the paperwork taken care of. They picked me and my friend up in a golf cart, gave us the nickel tour, and explained how the facilities worked. The whole facility is kept very clean, is well lit at night, and is everything you could ask for in a storage facility. The access hours are fantastic with 6a-10p access! On top of that, it was some of the best pricing in town. I really couldnt ask for more.

My nephew recommended this place as he has a storage space too. They were so helpful, I went in and Marisol helped me pick the right size storage. I thought I needed a big storage size and when I told her what items I had, she suggested a smaller/cheaper size and all my items fit perfect. Both Todd and Marisol are great and the storages are clean, hours are excellent and the staff is always there to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this location.

I would like to start off by saying that Amy was exceptionally professional, informative and most importantly helpful. The fact that this was the third storage facility we inquired about made the choice crystal clear. A-1 was a definite contribution to making this sort of process a smooth one.
