I would have gave 5 stars..... My boyfriend and I looked at quite a few different storage facilities and we almost passed this one up due to walking into the rental office all we heard was dogs barking it was very annoying trying to talk over that but the management quickly apologized and took us out on the property to see the units. Upon returning to the rental office again the barking of dogs were annoying and very distracting while trying to get information and doing the rental agreement. Paul and Jose were very friendly, informative and helpful on what type of storage unit we were looking for and gave us good advice on how to protect and store our belongings. We felt the property was at a good location, close to freeway access and the property was very clean. I would highly recommend this place due to the great customer service!!!

Excellent customer service! We had the greatest experience thanks to Jose. Jose is very professional, was very patient as we went in there with an urgency. He treated us with care and respect and made things a bit easier for us in a very difficult time of chaos. Jose was very thorough at explaining everything to us including helping us choose the size of storage we needed. Working with him was a great first time experience in renting a storage unit. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service. I will recommend this place to everyone! This facility makes it the best around simply because of the staff, the security, the cleanliness and the hours. Thanks again!

Great 1st impression; hoping all appears as good as it looks. There website is great and very customer friendly. No gimmicks just straight information. I received a call from Paul who was sharp and excellent at explaining my options. Met with him the next day to tour the facility and go over the numbers. All I can say is the place is legit and the customer centric service is top notch. All my questions were answered and the place looks very secure and clean. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Please look for my follow up post in a year, so I can update you on how things are going. Thanks Paul!!

I have been storing at this location for the past few years and I can say that the management cares about how their facility looks like, it is very clean and very secure. With there great security system and the insurance coverage I have with them I feel that my goods could not be in a better location. Yes they have increased my rent since I first rented there but if they keep maintaining the facility the way they do I have no complaints. If you need a place to store your goods this is the BEST storage location in the area. I thank both of the managers in the office, awesome job !!!!!!

I definitely would recommend this location. The manager and office guy were competent, courteous and helpful. We used their complimentary truck to move my moms stuff out of her apartment - so saved some money there. Also saved money because the rates are very competitive here. The place was always clean when we came by and the gate hours are the best around (and I called several places.) Security procedures seem better than other Extra Space Storage locations and I like that the lockers can use the cylinder locks. If I ever need storage again, I would come back here.

Awesome experience!! I was so stressed about moving and finding a storage ... There are so many choices and deals but I had such a great and easy and super friendly helpful experience here!! I recommend this storage facility bc the managers Jose and Paul are patient and explained everything and did it with a smile... I was in and out in 20 minutes ... And not to mention this facility has free truck rental and super good specials and half off first month!! Great service beyond my expectations.. Even loaded my boxes into my car :) Thank you Paul!!

Excellent customer service (Josė) and very well-managed location. Renting unit was quick and painless. Easy access from freeway and extended location hours. Seemingly safe with cameras throughout. Uses cylinder locks. I had one that I bought from larger competitor (P.S.), thinking Id never use it again, yet was able to reuse here with no issues (such as being required to buy it from them!). I looked around at a few places and so far this company and area seem to offer most space for $ within reasonable distance from "central" LA.

Absolutely recommend this storage facility. We had our storage at this location for 3 years after my mother went into care and the other storage place raised our rates. Paul and Jose explained to us that we could get 13 months for the price of 12 and we opted for that because we were living abroad. If I called to renew from overseas, they were always helpful. When we moved back and were finally able to clear out the storage Paul and Jose were very accommodating. Thanks, guys!

I wanted to write a review for this extra space facility, the customer service from management was above and beyond any other storage place I talked to or visited. Also a huge plus was the free move in truck. Property was clean and maintained well, at night was well lit. I will highly recommend extra space to my family and friends. I was just very impressed with such helpful and friendly service I got from office workers, again compared to other facilities I contacted.

After looking at two other self storage facilities in my area, I decided to check this one out. I went to their website to get quote and Paul immediately called me back. I drove there as I needed the space for that same day. Paul took me in a golf cart to the 10x10 space and it was super clean, insulated and easy to get to. He offered their truck free for the day so I can move in right away. I took advantage of their truck and loaded everything in one trip. Thanks Paul!

Jose was quick to call me back after I entered my reservation online. Paul was very thorough in his explanation of how the property works, provided little hints (dont leave elevator open too long, separate your lock keys, etc.) and the safety features available with each unit. At $25 cheaper than the extra space near my house I expected the place to be a bit shabby but it is not! The neighborhood is nice and the facility is clean and well kept. :)

This is a great facility. The property is clean, safe, the gate hours are excellent (better than any other storage facility that Ive seen so far). The staff are super friendly and helpful. Im glad I decided to go with this particular Extra Space Storage facility. I feel the security is excellent and my belongings are safe. Plus, I get no "creepy" feelings while on the premises in the evenings. I received the best deal in town for what I needed.

I have been with extra space storage over a year now, But actually i had been here before it was extra space storage. Tamara is the best manager she goes above and beyond to help you in what you need for your storage needs and listens which that is what makes this place even better then before with a wonderful staff like her why go some where else when i know my stuff is well taken care of.
