08/27/16 called from the hg facility to make sure they were going to be open, as soon as I walked in shawn & the black lady that worked there gave each other this weird look, l asked about the pricing & they quoted a rate higher than what I was told on the phone & when I asked to see the unit inside they didnt want to show it to me, ive also been told by other facilities that if im storing my insured vehichle i dont need to carty insurance they said that wasnt the case that i had to buy their insurance & that i needed the vehichle registration present as well, it was about 5:15 & the facility closes at 5:30 I can tell by their demeanor & short answers that they were in a rush to close & made me feel unwelcome their, so Im sitting outside of their office writing this review to let u both know your service sucked & you both can eat a fat one, I hope corporate notes that I was quaoted differe t rates in person than what I was told over the phone.

I searched around and they had the best rates better than public storage so I pulled my stuff out and put it to put into their storage the facilities and save me over $200 and a were Way cleaner very nice and maintain and their staff is most notable there very friendly and I enjoyed talking with them every time I go to my storage its too bad more businesses dont hire people like Goldean and Steve They really make you feel at home there are extremely friendly and polite exemplify the term customer service and I would recommend Extra Space Storage to any of my friends or anyone looking for a place to store there belongings is very nice to know your things are safe and then a very clean environment.

I just rented a 10X20 unit at this facility, and cannot be any happier! The facility is extremely clean, safe, and spacious. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and she is always around to answer questions; she knew I needed the unit for my nonprofit organization and was very upfront about the cost for storage rental. I was able to get a tour around the facility and picked out a unit size and location that was perfect for me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit -- whether it be for personal use or business use, this is the place to be!

I found this location on the internet and reserved a spot.. on Saturday i went and signed paperwork.. i dont recall the gentlemans name that helped me out but he helped me out so much and made everything a piece of cake.. i would definitely recommend anyone to go there. the facility is very clean, easily accessible and they give you the piece of mind that your belongings are stored safely and securely.. I am a Cub Scout leader for a local pack. I contacted Extra Space Storage, Cypress with an email to request a unit. They replied to me within a day, talk about service! They graciously offered me a unit for a few months with nothing more to pay for other than their processing fees and insurance! I am very happy with them and plan on telling everyone I know!

I needed a storage space last minute and Steve was able to help us out right away. The customer service was great; both Glodean and Steve were very friendly. Steve showed us several options and helped us pick a space that was right for us. The facilities were very clean and looked secure. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a space.

Moving from a house to an apartment was a good decision BUT what to do with all the accumulation of 40 years!. I was very pleased with the variety of spaces and most particularly with the manger of the facility. She is always cheerful, professional and helpful. This all made my move so much easier. The elevator hasnt worked in 4 months. Everytime I ask about it, they lie to my face. "Oh, I really thought it would be fixed last Friday. It will be fixed by this Friday for sure." Ok, so the elevator is fixed now. It only took 7 months of frustration, dragging things up and down the stairs and listening to their lies.

I had a wonderful experience at the Extra Storage Space in Cypress. The Store Mgr Glodean was very helpful and knowledgeable. The access to my storage was fairly easy. Plus, the facility was nice looking and clean. It looked so much better then the other facilities I visited in the area that same day. Very happy! : )

I have always had a difficult time throwing away anything, luckily there is Extra Space Storage in Cypress, CA for all my treasures! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and easy to access. If you are ever looking for safe and convenient storage needs, Extra Space Storage is the place!

The manager is awesome! Although I showed up late, she had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgable of everything that needed to be told. The electronic system is great as well. Facility is clean and monitored to expectations. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.
