First time storage renter. I got a great price online and it was convenient to where I needed it to be. When I showed up, Robert was great. He showed me the unit and gave me a complete orientation from operating the lift to testing my gate code. By the time I left I was knowledgeable and confident I could return with my stuff and load up my unit on my own. He gave me a chance to inspect it and he laid out the security. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me something or pressure me. I really appreciated that experience. I was a little afraid it was going to be like walking on to a car lot. When I finally did move in on Saturday and I couldnt get the lift to work, Norm came right out and fixed it for us. There is a lift and motion sensors on the lights. There isnt a lot of bells and whistles, but there shouldnt be. Its renting a storage unit. Note: avoid in the afternoon when the high school across the street lets out.

We moved from another storage facility to this one on the recommendation of a friend. We found it larger, cleaner and drier, well-lit, and with larger units and helpful staff. Robert, an Assistant Manager, helped us to determine what size unit would fit our needs and our budget. Later, when we found it necessary to rent a larger unit because we were emptying out a house we were selling, Robert helped us again, and helped us to realize that we could rent a larger unit to fit everything into, and we downsized to just one. Extra Space also has better access hours, and most importantly, reasonable prices. We have since met Sam, another Assistant Manager, and Norm, the Manager, who are equally as personable and helpful. Some may not think these attributes necessary in relation to storage facilities, but I do. These three men made an extremely unpleasant task a much more pleasant one for me. Thank you, Robert, Sam, and Norm!

We had to temporarily rent a storage space when our house was being remodeled. Extra Space Storage offered a AAA member discount which was the reason we choose this facility. The location was a short drive from our house and in a good location. I researched which space sizes they had available on the web before we went and there was one space conveniently located for drive up access, the right size, plus it offered rent one month, get one month free. When we went to the office to rent, the manager told us that space was not available for the rent one month, get one free but when I told him it was offered on their website he honored the deal. We had no problems with our rental and all of the personnel we dealt with were kind and helpful.

I used to use A-1 Storage in Cypress, but I had to use the elevator and a push cart to haul things to and from my unit (and you are not allowed to ride in the elevator, so you have to hike up and down the stairs each time). For less money and a shorter drive from my house I was able to get a 6x10 unit on the ground floor at Extra Storage Space. Now I can just drive up, drop things off, and be on my way without having to make multiple trips up and down the stairs. The staff was really polite and helpful, too, and I feel that I am getting much better value, convenience, and service at Extra Storage Space.

This is my first time renting storage. I have heard horror stories from friends who have rented in the past from other locations so I was a bit hesitant. But I was pleasantly surprised of how easy it was to do. Not to mention how friendly and helpful Norm and Robert in the front office were. Robert took very good care of helping me get things settled and processed. I was able to reserve and get a unit rented in one day! Facility is well kept and clean. I am delighted with my choice and can attest that the rave reviews on the service provided by Norm and Robert is true.

I called several storage companies in the area looking for a small drive up access unit. This facility was the only one I talked to that offered one. I have worked in the self storage business before, and found this to be a very well run, clean, and inviting facility. The staff is pleasant and efficient, the property is accessible and safe, and the units are easy to get into. Dont know how long Ill be here, but its close to home and convenient for small or large space needs. The prices are reasonable.

Robert Trcopan, the Assistant Store Manager is a true professional! I had a last minute storage issue that stressed me out and he worked with me to find the perfect storage size along with quickly resolving my issues. He was kind and courteous and by far one of the nicest people I have met. The facility was very clean, safe, and easily accessible. I felt secure leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend this business and ask for Robert, you cant go wrong. Thanks Robert and Extra Space Storage!

My wife and I are new to the area and did our online research before visiting this particular location. I am glad we did! Norman and Robert could not have been nicer or more professional. Walked us through the various options and plans and were very nice. The facility itself is clean, well lit, and secure. We have no doubt our property will be safe and well looked after. We cannot recommend this particular Extra Space Storage location enough. Five Stars!!

How often can you say that you actually say that you enjoy paying your bills. Not often but Extra Space Storage in Los Alamitos is one of those exceptions. The employees always have a smile on their faces, quickly and politely answer your questions, and do whatever they can to make it an enjoyable moment. The entire facility is always clean and the access to my locker is always very easy. Its a great facility, professionally run and convenient to my home.

Im a Extra Space Storage tenant 5-years now!. Talking about great personalities that are on the front line. Norm and Rob are two amazing people. Im always greeted and feel welcomed. They ask hows my day and ask how everything going. I love the storage location and the cleanliness of the property. Having a clean bathroom is always great. I have never used a storage facility before and was very impressed with the professionalism that I received here from assistant manager Robert Trcopan. This place is very close to where I live and very easy to get to. The facility is very secure which gave me peace of mind in leaving my business furniture and decorations in the storage unit. This place is highly recommended and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Norm and Robert are always SO helpful every time I go in. Ive had a unit at this location for almost 10 years. Ive kept my unit at this location because of the excellent customer service I always receive. The grounds are consistently clean and well maintained.
