I was happy with my unit for more than five years. The location was near me, the access hours were very convenient, I always felt safe while there, and the unit and bathroom were very clean. Sadly, I found the rental increases in the past year or two to be too much for me. My five-star rating is specifically for Darlene, whom I would consider her to be an excellent representative. Personable, friendly, and efficient, she is also a capable multi-tasker. I have been present when she has had to handle at least two ringing phone lines along with three impatient customers - all accomplished coolly and efficiently. Darlene always does her absolute best to please all her customers - whether it be on the telephone or in person. Moreover, Darlene is very knowledgeable about the business. I have heard her deal with calls from other Public Storage employees. She communicates clearly with them, ably guides them through procedures, and helps them to resolve their problems. I hope that the company recognizes the value of this capable employee - a good representative who adds luster to Public Storages image. In truth, Darlene is what I will miss most after leaving Public Storage.

I have been renting a 10X20 unit for the last couple of years but I went larger than I needed and had a bit of wasted space. My plan was to go down to a smaller unit to save some money. Ricardo helped me find the perfect unit! It was the perfect size for what I needed and it was like 8 feet from my first unit which made moving the items much easier than it would have been if I had a unit one building over. I had some last minute issues on my end that made moving into the new unit that day frustrating and stressful but he went above and beyond to help ease my stress. He is just all around wonderful with people and customer service. Ive had servers in nice restaurants unable to give me the service he did. I pay a little more at public storage than I would with their smaller "mom and pop" competitors nearby but for good reason. Staff like Ricardo is a very big reason! Plus they are open later than the other places, are cleaner and newer, and very organized. Security is a big plus. But please if one of Ricardos bosses reads this, give him a raise!!!

We were coming upon a quick deadline, and found out the Duarte location had a rather large storage unit that we needed. We showed up right at close. Darlene took the time, despite the lateness of the day, to show us the unit and help us plan to take possession the next day. On top of that, the next day, she was up and ready to go for us to finish the paperwork, and she even called us when we were running late, in order to ensure we got the space we needed. She is polite, friendly and professional, and we will always be grateful that we encountered Darlene during this stressful move. The facility itself is large & clean. Door works properly on unit, and the gate functions easily as well. The facility has broad hours so we can access our belongings. It is tucked away in a gated facility, not on a main drag, but super easy to access. I feel very confident leaving my belongings in the care of Public Storage with Darlene at the helm. Thank you! I came in to this location asking about prices and sizes. I didnt end up renting because I had to talk my roommate about it. But the girl that was there Jessica was very nice, hard working and really helped me out with all my questions. When I came I wasnt sure if I was going to get a space but after the help Jessica provided she change my mind. What a great nice girl she is. I heard about employees putting customers first and this girl is an example of it. Im gonna come back just because of her helping hand.

I had a great experience here...Ricardo was very helpful in guiding me to determine the right size storage solution for me. He explained all the different plans, sizes, and special promotions that they were having. After dealing with a lot of people and companies who seem to have forgotten what customer service is all about, its nice to see that some companies still train their employees to focus on the customer and treat them with respect. Thank you for keeping great customer service alive.

Best storage place ever! The customer service is great here and Ricardo the manager was very professional and very empathetic to our service needs. He accommodated us very promptly and he is always willing to help us in anything and everything we need. We needed storage done at last minute and situation was handled like a champ even last minute changes. Public storage really scored on this A1 employee. Thank You! I signed an agreement Jan 2013 for a unit at $104/month. In 18 months they raised the rent TWICE to a total of 50% to $151/mo. That is obscene and I have been totally scammed. 50% rent increase, let that sink in. The office blamed it on corporate. Needless to say they are UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISHONORABLE and I will never EVER do business with Public Storage again. As I was in the office closing my unit, someone else came in and said they did it to her too.

I dont have storage here but I came to pay a bill.. normally I dont do reviews unless I have terrible service but the lady there, I believe her name was Monique, was absolutely awesome. I had some questions that a person over the phone couldnt even help me with, she was willing to go above and beyond to find out for me as far as pricing and downsizing. I thought I would help her out since helped me out :)

I visited the Duarte public storage to inquire about the different storage units and their prices. I was helped by Mr. Ricardo Orozco, he was such a great help and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and precisely. Compared to other storage companies I believe public storage has better prices and units. I will be storing my belongings next month and i couldnt be any happier with my choice.

I have been a Public Storage customer for couple of years and I have seen many managers come and go and I have to say Ricardo is by far the best of all, hes always smiling and very friendly with all the customers and I witnessed few times the way he handle customer issues and I must say he is very professional. The manager Jessica was very courteous and helpful with introducing me to the property. The facility is not as new secure and spacious as others I have been to. However, it is cheaper, and they have more vertical space than any other facility that I ever visited. If you want a cheap long-term deal and you are not going to go often to mess with your packages, then this is the place to go to.

Move- in was fast, simple and easy... the property manager Ricardo: FANTASTIC! Hard to find people professional, helpful, good personality, and most of all welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to others in need of storage. Everyone wants their belongings protected and when I think of this facility, I think secure. GREAT STORAGE FACILITY!!!!
