Ray Childers

Some of the units are unique because the have high ceilings (approximately 12 feet). This makes these units a better value than the average storage unit because of the amount you can store. The location is hidden away from the 10 freeway by the sound wall that has been constructed. There are multiple security cameras which add an additional level of security. Staff is friendly and they frequently check the property keeping an eye on things. Overall this a great value for storing items.

Had my stuff stolen from my unit. They took everything. Extra Space did not compensate me for my loss so the insurance you are paying for is bogus. They claimed if they dont see damage from the break in they cant give my anything. They picked my lock! DO NOT BUY THEIR LOCK. BRING YOUR OWN PADLOCK. It will get picked. Very disappointing and AVOID AT ALL COST. I even found my stuff being sold on Craigslist but they said they cannot do anything about it. PROOF IS THERE.

i dont know.....the male white manager is kinda odd...he seems to be a little bit retarded. he drives around the property looking for i dont know what...i think hebis promoting being annoying to people. the whole entire property needs cleaning..yet...he wants to go right up under you....and than start cleaning. he drives around in circles as if he is on a go cart track looking around for i dont know what....kinda weirdism....you decide....

Jeff was very welcoming and check in was a breeze. My unit is clean, well lit and easily available to me. The only thing I am not wild about, which has nothing to do with this location, but rather Extra Storage in general, is paying online ahead of time is frustrating in that you are locked in to paying per month, not any amount you want. If you want to pay a few months ahead, you must do each month separately which is most annoying.

our experience with this facility was awesome. we spoke with Linda Farley,. she was very helpful and answered all our questions. Bur what impressed me the most was her joyful and energetic personality. She had a smile the whole time and it felt like we were talking to family. You can tell she loves what shes doing and we highly recommend that she be acknowledged for her great work.

The male manager here is a pest and very annoying. Dont bring your stuff here. He rides around in this cart looking inside peoples storage units. He is really pesty. You better pay everything with debit and charge it back for the free storage. You wont be satisfied being here. The male white manager is very annoying. Why does he have to look inside peoples storage units.

These guys are good! Very clean, Great price, great service. I dealt with Jeff to get everything setup and he was very helpful and he genuinely cared about the business. Very easy to access from either the San Bernardino (10) Fwy or the San Gabriel River (605) Fwy. Great prices and open later than most other local storage facilities.
