My husband and I moved to SoCal June 20th from NC and were searching for a home for weeks. We had a very large PODS en route and were very nervous about where we could put our belongings. My husband spoke with Priscilla who was extremely kind and she was very willing to help us. We them met Eric who was EXTREMELY kind as well. After weeks of getting bad news we FINALLY met 2 of the most kind people since we arrived. Their thoughtfulness and bright smiles brightened my day. After meeting them we found a home they let us empty our POD and have it picked up with no attitude just the willingness to help made my heart happy. My husband has MS and the stress of where we would place our belongings with such a large POD was taking its toll. With that being said anyone who needs storage I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot. You will get A++ service! Thank you Priscilla and Eric you were the epitome of good customer service!!!!

the guys there are really friendly & professional. i had a problem with initial access: the companys lock was still on my unit when i tried to move in on a sunday, when the office was closed. i had to keep items in truck & storage an extra day until the lock could be removed. fortunately, neither the old storage company nor the truck rental charged me for additional usage. it was a dumb mistake, but it was resolved immediately monday morning. however, i did leave a message with the after-hour service and it doesnt seem that they ever relayed the message to the location notifying them of my quandary.

My experience with Extra Space Storage in Covina has been exceptional. The managers Nicole and Ruben are the best. They are both very friendly and helped me with my storage needs. I was also very pleased to get a unit with easy access. I know my items stored here are in good hands and should I ever have a problem, I am lucky to say that I can always rely on Nicole and Ruben for any help. They are a GREAT asset to this company and Extra Space is lucky to have these kinds of friendly, reliable and helpful employees. 5+ Stars to this facility....

Ive used a lot of storage facilities in the past and this place is by far the best. The grounds and units are very clean. They have 24-hour surveillance, as well as, onsite security. I feel my belongings are safe and secure. The manager Ruben, and assistant manager Nicole, are very helpful and explain everything up front to you. They are knowledgeable and answer all your questions without hesitation. Both Ruben and Nicole go out of their way to help with anything you need. You are not treated as just a customer, you are treated like family!

Not only is the facility clean and neat, the staff is friendly and helpful. I found they had the size unit I needed, in a convenient location. The automated gate works great - I wish the driveway was a little wider or the area of the drive between the street and the gate was a little bigger- When more than one vehicle is trying to enter it gets a little crowded. Overall - they are conveniently located, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing good, secure, clean storage space.

The staff and management at Extra Space Storage in Covina was so friendly and welcoming. In addition, the manager made sure to address all my questions and he made me feel appreciated as a customer. I was able to leave in peace knowing that all my items in storage where in good hands. Hands down the best public storage location I have ever been to. I highly recommend it to everyone if you want exceptional customer service and great prices. I am so glad that I walked in today!

Everthing was Easy Peasy...starting from Cindy and her excellent details over the phone. My appointment with Rubin was so simple and everything there was safe ans secure for my valuables. Rubin was exceptionally helpful with Excellent Customer Service showing and explaining to me the procedures of the facility and the Exact Rules of payment posting. EVERYTHING IN LIFE SHOULD BE THIS EASY..YEAH!

I just recently changed storage facilities and the help and customer service that I received from Nicole and Ruben was just amazing! If I could give this place 10 stars i would because they went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs. The facility itself is VERY clean! The facility is always clean and looks good. The changing of the doors to all the units was a nice improvement. Ruben and Nicole are always on the grounds or in the office and always ready to answer any questions you may have. If you are considering or looking for storage, I highly recommend this facility. You will like Ruben and Nicole and their clean and neat storage facility.

This facility is well maintained and illuminated. The rates are reasonable and the extended gate hours fit my schedule. The largest bonus is the staff there, Nicole and Ruben are simply fantastic! They patiently provided me all the information I needed to consider all of my storage needs and options. They went far above and beyond and I couldnt be more satisfied! Thanks guys!

Eric Tang was very helpful and polite. He answered all of our concerns and inquiries. He showed us around the facilities and the different storage sizes we were considering. Eric was also thorough in explaining the lease/rent agreement. Overall the units and facility is well kept and great customer service.
