Ive been a customer here for over 5+ years. I went back this year to put some belongings in the unit just to find that my lock had been cut and changed! My refrigerator was stolen! When calling the police to make the report I heard the manager Stacy tell the police officer that the "high end state of the art" cameras that they state they have as a marketing pitch indeed DONT WORK! I have renters insurance and Im on month 4 of no check getting cut in agreement to my stolen property. All Im getting is the run around and absolutely no answers. Im beyond disgusted with the poor moral and customer service this business has towards the community.

NO ONE IS EVER THERE AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES, YOU CAN NOT GO AFTER HOURS TO MOVE ANY OF YOUR BELONINGS. MY COUSIN AND I WENT TO ASK FOR INFORMATION AND THE GIRL THERE HAD US STANDING BY THE COUNTER FOR LIKE 20 MINUTES , DIDNT EVEN ACKKNOLEDGE US OR AT LEAST TELL US I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU. SHE WAS HAVING A CASUAL CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ELSE. SHE IS TOTALLY RUDE

This place is great!!! Always see someone there cleaning ,spraying for bugs and cleaning up the place. The office is so clean I dont want to leave free water, cup cakes today. The rest rooms are clean and have hand lotion. I defiantly would tell my friends and family about POWER SELF STORAGE. Thank You Jesus Alonzo Space# 467

The property manager is always helpful and attentive whenever we stop by to pay for storage, or if we have any questions. The facility is very clean and kept up. I would recommend this place to people looking for a storage facility. Thank you =)

I started out paying 1 amount n 1 year later it has gone up almost $60.00. Almost 85%. I got reamed. I bet they do this to alot of customers. Cuz it is too hard to move all your belongings. So Im stuck. Thanks alot.

Service was fast, friendly and professional. Would be great if had access at all hours. But hey, 9-530 isnt a deal breaker. Decent price for the space, as well. Anywho, glad I chose to use them as a storage provider.
