This was the best storage experence that Ive ever had. Ive been in charge of storage units for companies Ive worked for and Ive had personal storage units. This was different. First the staff were very professional, not the usual unkempt, smoking a cigarrette outside the office, folk. They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional and I had interaction with all three staff members at some point. Second the facilities were extremely clean, I mean extremely clean, even the restroom. My only complaint would be that there is no trash dumpster, but in spite of that (or maybe because of that) the facility was clean. I would return to this facility even if it was out of the way. You asked me to write a review, this may be a bit wordy, because one cant just say great!! Ive had my storage unit at A-1 Self Storage on Commonwealth in Fullerton for over 5 years and would highly recommend this site to anyone in need of storage. Dania, Melissa and Brittni are always friendly, professional and courteous. They are each very knowledgeable in their field, and deserve big kudos. If it wasnt for their friendly waves, professionalism and keeping this facility clean and safe for all of us, I may have moved on to another company for my storage needs. We have been fortunate to have only moved a few time in 40 years together. With 13 years of collected items in our current home and getting ready to put it on the market, we were looking for a place to store things before we move. A-1 self storage was the answer. This facility is super clean, easy to access and very affordable. The staff made it easy to sign up and provided all the information we needed to get moved in, in under 30 minutes. They are over 90% occupied which unfortunately means there were no large (10 x 25) drive up units available, but the second story 7.5 x 10 and 10 x 10 easily met our needs.

Needed a storage unit while in the process of selling our home. Did some quick Yelp searches and happened upon A-1 Self Storage, which was highly rated. My wife and I decided to stop on in and take a look for ourselves. We were very pleased with the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. The lady at the front desk gave us a full rundown of the services that A-1 offers, as well as gave us a tour of the facility. We ended up renting a unit and have been pleased ever since. Very clean and secure. I would highly recommend A-1 Self Storage if you are in need of a storage unit.

This is a very clean and well secured public storage facility. I have had a unit at this facility for over 6 months and I have not once been concerned about the security of my unit. They immediately notify you if they suspect or get almermed that someone other than you is entertain your unit. It is also very simple to pay your monthly rental fees as they give you reminders so you can avoid late charges easily. They also have very reasonable rental rates which is they reason I rented the unit in the first place. Thank you a-1 self storage for making my life a little more stress free!

We had been storing our stuff after moving out here from New York in another storage facility in… it was a nightmare. there are homeless people living in the old storage facility and bugs from other storage units get into your stuff! A1 doesnt have any of those issues. A1 costs a little bit more but Im willing to pay it to keep my stuff in a nice place I would definitely recommend A1. This is a great place! It is very clean, well kept and the staff were helpful and always polite and professional, . I had my home items stored her for over eight months ( just moved here from another state) and never had any issues. I would highly recommend that if you need a storage site, this is place to put your items. If I ever need to store any items again , I will be back, and I would like to thank the staff for always give me such excellent customer service!

I have been with A1 Storage over 8 eight years. I normally stop by once a month to make a payment and / or access my storage. The place is always neat and clean, including the elevator, hallway and storage unit. The staff is friendly and helpful; and have nice a bowl of sweets. Unfortunately, I am leaving the area and have left A1 Storage. The staff is very professional and will miss them. I would differently recommend A1 Storage.

My need for a storage unit urgent and a surprise and only a day before Christmas Eve. I was worried that I was going to become a victim price hikes, but that was not the case with A-1 Self Storage. I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner and did not notice the first month free banner. I was thrilled to learn that all I paid for was the lock and insurance. A-1 Self Storage is very clean & the staff is friendly as well as imformative! We were offered 1/2 off our first months payment which was great. The space we were offered was very clean, perfect size for what we needed it for, As worker said, gave us all the helpful tips to knowing how to go about storing, hours, and payments. So far have no complaints! Would reccomend to all my friends and family. :)

Britney was such a big help. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and she made sure I was taken care of even if that meant she stayed late.The call center didnt explain in detail the size I had reserved and Britney was able to assist me with the perfect unit size and the same promo. She even took time to show me the unit and how to use my lock. She had great customer service!

The grounds are always kept clean and the girls are always so helpful. They are very personable and let me know when I am about to go late then when I do go late I know it was my fault. All I can say is great things about the girls, Dania, Melissa and Brittni here at the facility!! I have two units for business purposes and I come everyday to a clean, safe place. Since I do not speak English very well, Dania is always helping me out with communicating. Thank u for everything you girls do!!!
