I wish I could give A-American Self Storage six stars just so people can know that this place just nails it, above and beyond most businesses. Lets start with JoAnn, the manager. She rules!!! Everything about how she runs the business shows that she really gets it. She knows putting stuff in storage is stressful so she keeps a positive can-do attitude. She gave me a great deal for 12 month of storage, a price that was basically half the competition. And, she constantly update everything I need to know about A-American Self Storage by email. Theres excellent A/C system throughout the building which helps the movers keep a good pace. They also provide a moving truck with driver for free!!!. There are also free cold water in the office, well-lit hallways, spacious parking spots and clean restroom. And, the building is located very next to a big hi-tech signboard, so there is no dark area even at night, and you can spot it from a quarter mile away from the freeway. You dont want stuff to go wrong on the day you transfer all your belongings into storage and A-American Self Storage nails it. Digital locks and security camera systems guard the inside and outside of the building, and the units all look clean and solid. I will keep use A-American Self Storage!!

Im going to write two reviews. My first review is about my initially experience and impression of the A-American Self Storage facility and especially about Joann, the manager. The facility is very clean and seems very secure. you have to key in and out of the facility. The only reason I rented here was b/c of Joanns customer service. Shes wonderful! Great customer service and very friendly. Now for the negative. Unfortunately, I attempted to move in on Joanns day off and her replacement, Troy, was not in the office. I arrived at 11 am and there was a sign on the door saying he would return at 1:30 pm. The reason this was an issue is b/c the roll up door to the elevator is locked and so are the carts. I will give Troy 0 stars and Joann 5 stars! Ill leave the 5 stars only b/c of Joann.

Once finding this facility, the staff was a joy to work with! JoAnne was such a life saver! She made the process sooooo easy, quick, and understandable. Her paperwork was clear, concise, and made for easy understanding of a contract. She really went the extra mile to be sure I got the space that I needed and made it very easy for move in. This facility also has the use of a free truck for use for move in that also saved big on costs! I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends and family! If you use A-American Self Storage in Buena Park, CA; please tell them you saw my review!

I needed storage quickly and received helpful suggestions regarding the proper size unit. The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and easy to get to. The location is also very secure with security boxes that require a security pass code in order to enter. I am very satisfied with my decision to use A-American Self Storage in Buena Park. She is such a great problem solver and gives great suggestions that help you when you are in a bind. The facility is very clean and Joann makes sure that everything runs smoothly! My first experience with A-American Self Storage was great! Maybe because my sis worked for them. Nonetheless I think I would of been treated the same. I love that I can walk in there and they can process my payment quickly and I never have to wait more than five minutes. I think Tyler and Joann are a wonderful team. Great work guys!! Keep it up!
