This is a very dangerous place, Ive been using this storage for a month and a half now and from the first day, I noticed that there are several homeless people literally live there, although the storage policy only allows customer to stay maximum 2 hrs, these people park their cars for a very long time sleeping, eating, listen to music, bring people when management people gone home and very disturbing to normal facility users like myself. So I visited the office and asked manager Randy and assistant manager Mike if they were aware of these people and they said they know there are some people who stay exceedingly but cant do anything as long as they stay 2 hrs per visit. I complained regarding this matter three time and they still wont do anything and rather accusing me of creating a trouble out of nothing and defending themselves. I felt helpless and stopped by at the local Police Station and explained about the situation and got the case number which is 16-48776 Now I realized that there are many unhappy customers at this location here looking at these negative feedbacks...... You will notice from these managers attitudes when you step into their office at your fist visit, unkind, rigid and tone of Randys voice are quite different than other storage companies. Please stay away from this facility even if this is close by or little cheaper (not cheaper than anywhere else though) at all cost because you will feel intimidated by these homeless people and managers all together.

Prior to renting a unit in this location, Randy referred me to the branch in La Mirada when I expressed my intention of renting a climate controlled unit due to the time I might spend in the unit. Randy was more than willing to extend his hand providing me with all the help that I needed. He searched, and found me the Public Storage location at Alondra in La Mirada. I drove to the location with the intention of renting a unit, but quickly realized that it was going to take a lot of my time, driving to and from, picking up my merchandise for delivery. After some careful thoughts and considerations, I decided to rent a unit at this location in Fullerton, and again, Randy was more than happy to help me out. I highly recommend the location in Alondra if youre looking for a climate controlled unit, and definitely this location in Fullerton if you just need an extra space without the need for climate-controlled environment Thanks Lisa of the La Mirada branch, and Randy at Fullerton branch for all your help!

while I chose this location because of its location in relation to where I live, I will continue to keep coming here for the following reasons. First, I like the access hours which are most convenient to me due to my work hours. Second, and more importantly, I like the friendly, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable service I have received. From when I first arrived, Mike, was friendly and helpful in finding the right space for me. When it came time to downsize the space I needed, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding me a space that suited my needs. Such great service is more difficult to find these day, unfortunately, but I was fortunate to find it with Mike, and for that, I am thankful.

WARNING!!!!! terrible service!!!! Randy Ive experienced rip off and horrible experienced from the store manager, Randy. He explained wrong information for the renting Do Not Go and Use The Public Storage in 2361 W. Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA The manager, Randys service was horrible, unkind and never smile at me. However, he smiled at White people only. I do not understand that the reviews are still good. Ive used other public storage before, Other public storage guys were all nice and Ive had good memories but service of this location was horrible, Because, Ive experienced racism. Yeah, I am Mexican woman.

The Property Manager (Randy) at the 2361 w commonwealth ave., fullerton ca. Is well qualified for his position. He was kind, listened very attentively to all of my concerns and very, very professional in addressing & helping me to resolve my payment issue for the month. I sincerely appreicate Randys expertize in caring customer service. He really went above & beyond to make me a happy, satisfied customer at PS. Stopped in last week to check out storage space because I am moving next month. Wasnt sure what size I would need and had no idea what prices would look like. The guys working there, Mike and Randy, were really friendly and helpful. They explained the sizes and prices and helped me determine exactly what I will need based on what I am storing. I also noticed the price of the moving blanket is much less expensive there than other storage companies. Im feeling much more at ease about my upcoming move. Id highly recommend this location based on the great customer service I received and how clean the place is.

Clean, secure and manageable facility. The single floor layout is perfect. No sharp corners, tight spaces or elevators to worry about, especially when you are concerned about your valuable items (China, large furniture pieces, etc.). The Property Manager, Randy Perez was very helpful in finding us the right size storage unit for all our things and is very good at maintaining the whole facility clean and secure. Never having used a storage facility before, I can honestly say I was positively impressed by Public Storage - Fullerton and Randy Perez and his teams professionalism, courtesy and service.

After waiting for Elissa to explain a rather uncomplicated process to a couple who had a difficult time grasping it, I felt completely comfortable with being handled by her. She demonstrated tons of patience and compassion towards the people she was trying to help. And after providing a smooth transition into my now-self-storage-ing lifestyle, Id highly recommend you get handled by Elissa for yours, too. Shell gently caress your needs by showing you whats up AND giving you the down-low. Shes also pretty cute, to boot!

Ive been a customer since 2005. Randy is one manager who truly takes his job seriously. Mike is also someone who deserves a big pat on the back,after all he helps make sure everything gets done as well.Im not just talking about how hes helped me personally. Randy is an asset to your company. He fixed my problem immediately after I brought it to his attention. He didnt just stop there. I noticed everything looks almost new again. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole area and the accessibility. The space was also very clean and just right for my needs.
