We were contemplating whether or not we needed to get a storage space. We decided it may be in our best interest. We found a space that was convenient for in and out access, that would be big enough for our needs and at a reasonable price! It was simple to reserve online and just a few minutes later, I received a message on my phone from Kelly from the La Habra site 21612, following up. He was very professional and friendly and even let me know when he would be at lunch so I wouldnt miss him (courteous of my time). When in the office he greeted me and was very thorough. I did the express check in but he still wanted to ensure the size fit my needs which was awesome. He even politely quizzed me at the end of the rental asking, "So, what day is rent due every month?" I answered and we both laughed! Although, I did sign up for auto-pay (piece of mind). Overall, great experience :) thanks Kelly!

It was my first time getting a storage and the staff and especially the onsite manager Marky is really helpful and and professional. She helped me out on what size unit I may need and goes beyond her duties to assist me on what I needed. I was planning to move out after a month or two, to a much cheaper location but her and her staffs helpfulness and friendliness kept me from doing that. The only thing that i didnt like was a new policy at the time was they required you to buy or have a heavy duty padlock, and I had to dish out about twenty-something dollars for the lock. But it was well worth it after experiencing the service from Marky and her staff. The place is very clean and well kept and well lit. Id recommend this establishment if you plan on getting a storage unit. I live far from this place but the courteousness and service they provide here is second to none.

Gabriela Vnaderbush I highly recommend this establishment for all of your moving needs. The hospitality is amazing!!! The facility is by far one of the most clean I have seen in along time. Location is by far one of the best. The onsite Manager Marki is the perfect candidate to guide you through the process of having to put your stuff in storage. It feels as though its your personal garage. Marki has the qualities and skills that are not found in everyday people. Specially in a hectic and difficult time like moving. With a smile and her humble personality she will guide you in the right direction and make you feel right at home. To me personally its the humbleness in Marki that offered me the sense of security I needed to feel in this transition. Thank You Marki :-)

I hate moving! but there is a manager there named Marki who is seriously a great human being! She assisted me in my storage needs which was A LOT! She made my move easy and stress free! i couldnt ask for more. Marki has a smile and personalty that could almost make you want to buy anything from her. She is an excellent sales person who is persistent yet make you feel like these are Items you will need. Even thought she brought in to light what i needed to protect my household items. I did not purchase anything from her because of the high priced boxes, if it wasnt for markis personalty i would have stored at lower priced competitor. Public storage is going in the right place hiring employees like Marki.

Life changing events, that require one to move, make things really hard to understand sometimes. Where should I go? What storage facitlity should I choose? Are my belongings going to be safe? Well, I had so many questions and thoughts going through my mind during my moving transition, that Im greatful to have chosen this Public Storage in La Habra. Janelle was very polite, well informed, and professional. She asked me questions about what I was going to be storing, she took my information, and showed me the best possible storage space for my needs. She did not try to sell me something that I didnt need and I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend this Public Storage in La Habra.

Kelly helped me out and he was super awesome. Showed me two spaces and gave me time to decide which one was best for me. Really nice and helpful all around. While I was in the process of moving out Marki was a great help. She was always ready to give me a cart with a smile and friendly attitude. She was just always very genuinely nice. She knew I really wanted to move out before the end of the month and was very encouraging and even did a little celebratory "YAY" when I told her I was finally done moving out. She was all around a great property manager and if I never have storage needs again I would definitely go back to this location.

This past month was my very first time renting a storage unit, so I chose something local for convenience. I have to say that the manager of this location, Matt, was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had seen him at the property many times while I was moving things in and out but didnt formally meet him, nor did I know he was the manager, until I closed my unit. Matt was extremely helpful, always very accomodating, and definitely took extra steps to make sure I was happy with the service at his location. If you get the opportunity to work with him I think youll be very pleased.

I am writting this review because the young lady that helped went above an beyond. The reservation operators got all my requests wrong. When i showed up to the property and crystal helped me very quickly she informed me that this property does not have climate control but that she will help me out. So she did showed me space and went over details. Walked back to the office and she was able to find exactly what i was looking for. I was amazed that with no hesitation and her system down she still managed and was willing to help out and with no attitude. Great asset to this company.

I had such an amazing experience when I was here! Im a current college student from out of state so I had to store away my stuff. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable! Their customer service is beyond expectations and they took great care of me! The process was quick and easy and the prices are really reasonable. I would definitely recommend coming back to this place! I had never used a storage unit before but the staff(Janelle and Marki) were eager to help and made sure all my questions were answered. Awesome customer service!

Together we found the perfect unit for my storage needs. With the free moving equipment available to help me with my boxes, my move was the most seamless one I have ever had! Im writing this review for my mother. She doesnt speak English very well, but that doesnt prevent Marki, the manager, from being super awesome to her. Markis dedication to customer service and and never ending patience with my mother makes her a true godsend. I am not able to help my mother every time she goes to the storage, but with Marki there, I know she will get all the assistance she needs. Thank you, Marki!
