I have been a customer at Bolsa Chica for a couple of years now, visiting the location 3x a week. I have had some sort of storage for the last 8 years for my work supplies. I used to be at Public Storage, but when I moved to the area, I needed to find a new storage closer to my home. I assumed all storage was the same, and I was wrong. In my couple of years at Bolsa Chica, I got to see how they work hard to differentiate themselves. A couple of examples: My work is very picky about where I store the items, and Bertha (manager at Bolsa Chica) couldnt have been any more accommodating. Bertha answered all of my questions and helped to make sure the unit would fit the requirements of my company. She even was able to send me my bill monthly for my expense report. She went out of her way to make things easy. Generally the helpfulness of staff ends when you sign the deal. This too is what sets Bolsa Chica apart. Those that work at Bolsa Chica were visable, helpful and always kind. The facility was always clean, well lit, and even played music softly. I always feel very safe and comfortable at the facility. There are a couple of carts that people can use to help move things. I never saw any creepy people at the facility, and I was there several times a week. In all, my experience at Bolsa Chica has been superior to my other storage places (and no additional money). I would highly recommend checking them out if you need to store your stuff!

Bolsa Chica Self Storage is wonderful! I have been a client since October of 2006 and have had to switch units as my storage requirements grew/shrank. The staff has always been extremely courteous and helpful. Its in a very safe area at the intersection of the 22 and 405 freeways, easily accessible, and extremely clean. Their security is extensive and I feel quite safe going there. Their rates are also very good. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been a long term client, waited and watched the facility being built and one of its first customers. The best deal by far. Prepaid saves you even more. Convenient. Easy to find. Safe Environment. Clean. Helpful staff. Supplies for sale in the office if you need an exra Lock or Boxes, etc. Carts to help with the load in each building. Thank you BCSS M.W.

I needed self storage so I gave Bolsa Chica a try. Not only are they in a good location in Westminster, but I feel safe and secure and cant say enough about the customer service. If you need to store your stuff, this is a great place.

Friendly staff on site 24/7. Very secure. Only downside (upside for security) is its only available 7a-6p. Easy location and very hospitable with waters in the office and restrooms in each building.

Easy access off the freeway. Limited Hours make it difficult sometimes. Very clean premises. Very strict guidelines. High prices compared to others in the area
