This is a great storage place. In this year I had to move from another place, because I was just frustrated with the service, at the other location. BUT the manager, Dimas, here at U.S Storage worked with me every time I needed help. The customer service has always been awesome. The prices are reasonable. I would choose this place anytime over the competitors. *They say this place is in Irwindale, but it is right off Ramona off the 605 freeway (between Baldwin Park and El Monte). It is easy to locate.

This place sucks! I called at 9:50 am, waited on the phone for 15 minutes listening to their music. No one ever picked up the phone. How can this place be so busy no one has time to answer a call? How much daily traffic can they get? Ive never seen a line at a storage facility. Too bad for them, I was a potential paying customer. Ill take my business elsewhere where they have time for my needs as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Great service! We went in last Saturday to inquire about renting a storage space. Dimas showed us different types and sizes of units and asked questions as to what we were storing and hoe much we were storing. He compared prices for us and was gracious enough to offer us a deal we couldnt say no to. Best customer service we have experienced in a long time.

Okay, the Manager is still younger than me, Um, I get my water filled up in the Office, I joke with the Manager sometimes, we are young. Long trips between Pasadena, where I reside and Irwindale (Baldwin Park). The Manager is a soft manageable person, he is funny and the Assistant Managers are funny sometimes.
