I was so thankful when I received a call from Anthony in Irwindale. I had been shopping around for my son on a storage. He wanted a certain size with the cost not to high. Of course the location had to be close to fwy access. After looking on the internet for days and found some deals nothing happened. This time when Anthony called and shared the news about 1/2 price deals I couldnt believe it was true. After Anthony explained how it works; I called my son and new this was the right place to store his belongings. This is a traffic location I personal have past history at this location in the 90s for 8 years and had been very happy the way the lot is situated. So thank you Anthony for your customer service in helping us out; we could have made a big mistake elsewhere. WE give this location 5 star for location, appreance and most of all customer service was very friendly and thoughtful. I have already refered is location to my family who are storaging in a close by location.

Anthony at Public Storage Irwindale was a breeze to work with. I had my storage pod dropped off so I could move my belongings into an accessible storage location/space. Both on the phone beforehand and then on-site the day of the move, Anthony made the whole process effortless. I ended up deciding to rent a larger space than I needed so I could get at my belongings with ease, but for very close to the same money I was paying for the inaccessible storage pod, I could have rented an accessible space at Public Storage in Irwindale. My storsge space at the Irwindale location (which is effortless to get to and only 10 minutes from my home in Monrovia) is accessible every day of the year! I recommend Public Storage and Anthony to everyone.

Location of storage worked out perfect For me. Anthony was very helpful. I had gone a week earlier to see if there was any storage rental available and there was. But a 2 days before purshasing a rental storage there wasnt any available anymore. But Anthony was very courteous to let me know that he would check to see what would be vacant soon and that he would call me. Well he called the next day and was able to find me a vacant storage. I was very happy to get the news. and very greatful and appreciative for Anthony to take the time to call me back.

This place is a great Public Storage location. The manager and workers here are friendly, and really care about taking care of your storage needs while saving you money whenever possible. Anthony is professional and has great customer service skills because he was very understanding and helpful to me many times. I was going to transfer to another company to save money but I ended up staying because he made it easier to transfer to a smaller unit here which worked better for our needs and saved us more money. Im a happy customer.

I so love this location! Other than being cheaper and cleaner than the other locations near me, the guy there Anthony was so accommodating and helpful! And as much as i know my husband was already being annoying asking all the questions that he was asking, Anthony still willingly answered all his questions! Ive been a customer to quite a few public storages through the years, but this place is yet by far the one that has the Best customer service ever!!!! And i definitely recommend this location to everyone!!!!

Just want to say this is my first time getting a storage unit and did not know the process and what to expect. But after speaking to Anthony it all made sense and he went out of the way to tell me how it works. Im glad I choose the one in Irwindale Anthony had been very professional and helpful to me. He explain the contract very clearly.. Its a spacious facility with enough room for the semi being sent with our belongings, to deliver to the unit and pull away. But it was the people that took care of us in several of Publics facilities until they found a match for us. They were great even when we were still moody from our cross country trip. He has really done a great job with his up-keep and maintenence of the property. it has GREATLY inproved since he took over. he and his friendly staff are always willing to take the time to help me with anything that i may need. I was not totally impressed with Public Storage. In addition to the $1 promotion and the application fee, there was two more charges (hidden) that must be paid. I had to purchase their lock and their insurance. All totaling a bit more the the online quote I received of $25 to move in

Awesome location a little out of my way but well worth it. I needed a storage place last minute. I stopped in before closing and was out in a few minutes with my keys in hand. Anthony was really helpful and I got the perfect storage size that I needed at the price I was looking for!
