Signed up on 5/3/17 and all seemed well. Then, on 5/22/17, we received a rate increase letter that informed us the monthly rent would be increasing $33 (15.35%). Unfortunately, price was the main reason we chose Lincoln Storage so this feels like bait and switch. In fairness, their rates are advertised as *subject to change; however switching rates on new customers so quickly is still a poor practice.

I found their prices to be very competitive and the staff is always helpful. They’re also offering a place to drop off old computer stuff. How cool is that? I can finally get some of my garage space back!

I set up autopay and I didnt have to worry about anything. I recently took my stuff out and everything was very dust but I guess thats what happens when things sit for a year. I would use this place again.

This place is very well managed and meticulously clean. The manager is polite but very strict... which is the way any self-storage place should be run. I feel at ease knowing that my stuff is safe here.

Great prices, ultra-friendly staff and secure compound. I forgot to put my lock back once and they secured it with their lock and called me to let me know. Awesome place!
