I just spoke with this place,, I was asking if they could tell me if a trailer can be attached to my vehicle. I was told "I can but Im not here to teach you about cars" . Wow, when I asked him his name he wouldnt give it to me, when I asked to speak to a manger I was told I can go to the website. He said "you should know about your car" I mean maybe he was having a bad day but really this is how you lose business. One phone call, one review, thousands in loss customer potential, with several hauling and storage options within 2 miles of this place Id suggest to use a location that values the communication process. Good luck, I still will be calling the manager.

I have been storing my Carson enclosed trailer for 5 years with Red Carpet RV Storage. I feel secure about keeping my trailer there and have not had any issues. The staff is professional and responsive. Truly it has been my best experience dealing with storage. Easy and hassle-free.

Fairly new to this storage area, seams ok but on several occasions the back gate will not shut. Security is my concern. Primary on the exit gate sometimes its open for no reason and I cannot shut it when I leave.
