If i could give it 0 stars i would. Apparently this place was getting burglarized for almost 3 months and the hallways started getting locked. NEVER NOTIFIED AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON! And I am just now finding out that my unit was broken into. I was never notified or emailed or called in any manner about this either. I had to show up to make room for more things just to realize my stuff was missing. The drywall in my units hallway was torn off the wall and NO ONE thought to inform the people in that building. It even looks like the wall was "repaired" even though there are still cracks and holes and drywall torn out on the inside of my unit. The women working in the front didnt seem to have a good idea of how to deal with it and just told me to call the police, which i had to wait over an hour for. and now for the next 2 weeks ill be stuck waiting for the insurance company to help me out! so thanks for nothing!! Looking for a new unit ASAP! Not worth the money. At all.

My unit got broken into, they have no information about who or why, criminals cut my lock and put theirs on, took 4 days after management found out to notify me. Management does not have bolt cutters, and will not help you. This place is the worst, and in a bad part of town. Also to add I had to stay another month while I got thing arranged. But on the day I want to move my hallway is locked and nobody is here to open it. While sitting and watching all the people who come and go, there are people who live in here and hang out all day. No wonder they cant figure out who broke into my unit, it could be literally anybody walking by on the street. This is horrible, also I have basicly no recourse because all the phone numbers land me to my property manager who cant do anything!

malisimo, mi papa rento un espacio el cual tenia la luz prendida porque no sirve la cadena para apagarla,llego la manager y le quito el foco y le dijo lo siento pero no va a tener luz si quiere uno con luz le va a costar mas ,"ojo" si va a rentar aqui recuerden llevar su linterna o sus veladoras para poder mirar jajajajaja

I was helped by Tabitha who is organized, energetic, very informative and seems to know her job very well. Although the initial process of acquiring the storage place took a bit longer than I anticipated, the experience was a pleasant one with the help of employee Tabitha. I would recommend this place to store your items, if for no other reason, for the courteous and helpfulness of the staff. I also had the opportunity to speak to Laura over the telephone and my communication with her was similarly pleasant and productive. I would not hesitate to recommend this Public Storage location to friends and family.

I would like to start by saying that the manager of this facility is awesome! I was looking for a storage unit that would be big enough for my things and not extremely expensive; as soon as I read all the reviews about the facility and about the manager I was interested. I am glad that I went to this location b/c the reviews were so true. Tabitha was very knowledgeable, very personable and has a very caring attitude towards her clients, she makes sure that they are satisfied with the unit you are renting for her location. I truly recommend this facility to anyone. Excellent Customer Service!

I would like to commend the manager of this facility. Tabitha was extremely helpful. We were looking for a space to park an RV trailer (15 footer). It was going to be several days before we took delivery. Tabitha showed us the space and was so welcoming that we were immediately sold on this as being the perfect place to store our new toy. We were able to open an account with one of our vehicles to assure that we got the parking spot. Tabitha is an A+++ manager. Highly recommended. If all of Public Storage managers are like Tabitha, then this is a well run company.

last week I was with my mom and she needed a space I was surprised on all the knowledge that Carlos had about storage and all of the merchandise that he had in the office. I was just as impressed as my mom. He was so friendly to her and myself made us feel welcome and when the slogan is we will treat your stuff like its our stuff Carlos take it to a whole different level. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my moms things highly recommended! Go see Carlos!!

Tabatha and Laura have been very professional in providing us with the best storage accommodations that meets our current needs. In addition: The best part about both ladies, is that when ever we go to the office to inquire about our storage space. They always greet us with a courteous, friendly smile. And are always ready to assist us. And yes I would highly recommend this storage facility, at this location to my family and my family of friends.

Muy mal servicio ,mi hermano rento un espacio y se lo dan sin luz y la mánager le dice que no puede tener cosas como pinturas ,entonces que puede meter uno sólo cosas de valor o que malísimo busquen otro storage

Came in about 2 weeks ago with my sister to rent and met carlos he is the most nicest guy. Never recieved better customer service from anywhere. We had lots of questions but his service never change. Public storage is lucky to have him and i will be telling everyone to go see carlos if they need storage or packing supplies. I never knew they sell packing supplies and great deals!

Carlos is great but public storage is the biggest ripoff like the pharmaceutical companies. I have been here a few years now and they keep raising my rent im in a 10x10 space and now its up to 233. a month i hate public storage deeply now. How stupid is this corporation. Time to move now. Ihope public storage closes down and they lose profits. Dont rent here or any public storage.

I came hoping Tabitha was still the manager and yes still was here. I love her customer service and always making laugh. Always treating me like family.
