I forgot to lock my unit so I go I in the morning to my unit and of course its locked with the manger lock........ I go and ask the lady that is supposed to be the "manager" to please unlock my unit.......the nerve of this lady....... told me "could you please lock your unit or Im gonna evict you" REALLY So I did what anyone would have done. I turn around and while turning I say " yea yea yea". I go to my unit to wait...........like 20 min later she sends her wanna be goons to me. Im in my car waiting and one person went on one side and the other to my side....... Hands me an envelope says its from the manager and that my unit is now open... I automatically get on the phone with B.B.B. and let them know Im being harassed. Than the very next day I go to the office but dont go in not even eye contact and asked to please have the doors open. She opens the entry gate but leaves me out side my unit for 45 min until I had to go ask what the major malfunction. 30 min later she walks to open my unit . I called her supervisor and higher ups to report the harassment. That not all my father has a unit there and she kicked him out........ WTF. This place is not recommended. Other postings are a lie and she probably paid people for good reviews..SAD

This place might be new, but its a total pits!! Let me start off by saying that when I went to get some stuff out of my unit I found a huge empty plasma tv box in my storage unit, my flat computer screen gone, along with some of merchandise missing!!. Im an online seller, so I store all of my products, and I sell only brand name products. The total costs of losses were over $700!! When I went to speak to the manager, she ADMITTED that the box belonged to a tv unit that they had just set up in their office (the box matched the tv), and that they (as in management) must have used MY unit to store it. She said my computer screen must have been taken as well, and that she would look into it. Days later I received a message stating that I needed to put another lock in my storage unit, because it was my negligence not theirs that MY stuff was gone. WHAT?!?!?!? Youre USING MY unit to store your crap, youve STOLEN my stuff, and somehow that comes back to me being negligent?! Im moving out of here ASAP!!!

I REALLY LIKE THIS PLACE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I have store my stuff with this facility twice already, I have never had a problem with anyone there, I even forgot to place the lock on my unit one time and came back nothing was missing. The employees are very nice and helpfull especially Emma, and the place is well secured, nice and clean. Not to mention that they have a great special going on right now you should take advantege.

I HAVE A STORAGE UNIT AT THIS FACILITY FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND THE SERVICE AND SECURITY IS GREAT.THE FACILITY IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND NEAT. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS SELF STORAGE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
